Hydroxycloroquine Zentiva problem getting it

Hello . Boots is unable to get hydroxycloroquine Zentiva from their suppliers, they suggested I trawled around the country with my prescription asking other chemists Or to get my GP to prescribe another drug . I’ve been fairly well on the Zentiva brand so feeling fed up . Does anyone know where I can get it?

I tried quinoric but it made me ill .

Lots of the independents still stock it. There is no supply issue just Boots trying to stay on one product. Lupus UK are investigating. Ask the doctor to prescribe hydroxychloroquine sulphate. The coating on the quinoric is the problem. Best wishes Kevin

I hope lupus uk are looking into this, my local chemists are Boots & Gordon’s neither can get it, so now I post script to my Dad to pick up, 90 miles away!!! Then have to risk either posting Back or trip down! And Doctor is only allowed to prescribe 2 months at a time!!

I've had problems getting Zantiva but another 'good' one is from Blackrock Pharmaceuticals.

Thanks I’ll ask about that if I have no luck finding Zentiva
