Evening everyone, hope all is well. As posted before, they found a lung nodule back in Jan 2020, due to Covid nothing really happened. In Nov 2020 anothe CT scan showed no movement in shape or size, however due to me having one removed and a large Bullie removed in October 2018, all from same lung

Ablation for PVCs²
I've been told by my EP that he recommends that I have an ablation, as I have PVCs. I'm only 40 and currently take Flecainide twice a day, 50mg per time and have done this for around a year. I'm terrified of having the ablation done, as any heart procedure sounds terrifying to me. I asked could I have

PFT PRE & POST NUMBERS
Regarding transplant consideration, what fev1 numbers are considered the most important in the PFT testing. The numbered results before having taken the inhaled medication, or the fev1 result after taking the inhaler?

Atrial bigeminy, ectopics, PVCs and low heart rate
I'm 57 and have atrial bigeminy which is almost constant, my resting heart rate ranges between 38 and 44 on average. I've had ECGs and EKGs showing my heart is strong but misfiring. A 24 hour halter monitor revealed very frequent ectopics and I've been waiting over a year for a treadmill stress test

Exhaustion
I have severe PACs and PVCs that I can feel. I take an anti arrhythmic medicine but still feel some. On particularly bad episode days where I feel them most of the day I am completely exhausted by the end of the day. I mean so exhausted that all I can do is go to bed because I can not physically do anything

Fear of exercise?
I had an ablation done on Dec. 22nd. Originally, the procedure was for PVC’s, but they had to take care of a tachycardia issue instead. After wearing a heart monitor for 48 hrs my dr. said things looked good. My PVC’s were showing up 2% of the time he thinks ablating the tachycardia issue helped .

Anybody ever heard anything like this before ?
I have been a poor sleeper all my life mainly due to working shifts amongst other things. About 5 years ago I started to have severe night-time heart palpitations which only happened when I went to bed (as if I already wasn't a poor sleeper) these have made my life miserable. I have had every investigation

Bisoprolol: What is your effective dosage?
My daughter had Ventricular Ectopy (PVCs) and borderline of Heart Failure. -Initially they gave her Bisoprolol 2.5mg/day. Her PVCs burden went down from 25% to 12%. -Then they increased the dose to 5mg/day hoping that it'd lower further the number of PVCs. Unfortunately, it swung up to 22% (!). -Back

Spiro result
Hi, had a quick question. May seem a bit complicated so I apologise in advance. my results came back as FEV1 3.68 and FVC 4.89 which I believe is Suboptimal. Predicted for my age and height is 4.65 and 5.7 respectively. Is this particularly low? Dr says probable asthma. Any data specialists expertise

Hey guys, hope your all well and looking forward to announcement later... anyway any help understanding this please? Thanks! X😁
Lung function test results from Sept as follows, but what exactly does it mean? I know the resps are ridiculously high had lots of ECG's, and constantly tachycardic hence 1 diagnosis of post covid syndrome, and breathing pattern disorder (BPD) which can be with asthma and a symptom of post covid.

Bisoprolol
Hello Recently I got infected with something( still don’t know what it was) anyway it caused my hr to reach 123 constantly at rest. So I had to be back to the bisoprolol for a month. However, right now that I’m weaning off . I’m experiencing more pvcs ? And pacs . Is this normal for withdrawal? Thank

Newly diagnosed with AFIB. Very stressed out and scared!
I've had lifelong
PVC
problems, but I knew something was wrong when hours passed and it only got worse. By the time I was on my way to the ER, I felt short of breath and my heart was having a fit, as in tachycardic and interrupting itself and not able to get a full beat off.

High heart rate at night..
So, my normal resting HR is around 65, I have a wrist heart monitor that shows that during my sleep my HR goes down to around 50-55. I have been suffering from night-time PVC's for a few years now and am taking bisoprolol, atorvastatin and aspirin....however over the past couple of weeks my wrist monitor
