Exhaustion

I have severe PACs and PVCs that I can feel. I take an anti arrhythmic medicine but still feel some. On particularly bad episode days where I feel them most of the day I am completely exhausted by the end of the day. I mean so exhausted that all I can do is go to bed because I can not physically do anything else and can barely keep my eyes open. Does anyone else do this? Is it because my heart has been working double time all day?

I think this is a very common issue with arrhythmias, especially if it's very frequent throughout the day and/or if you get short of breath. I seem to get more tired when I also have tachycardias, but everyone is different. Has your doctor ever mentioned an ablation? Just curious. Be well! 🌻

Yes, it would only be a 50/50 shot and the area that would have to be burned would be the size of the back of my hand. So sadly an ablation is just not in the cards for me. Thank you for your response.
