*What helps YOU cope with your Anxiety and Panic Attacks? As an individual. *
Only If you don't mind sharing... I am just curious what helps you all individually with your anxiety and or Panic Attacks? How do you cope? What do you do for yourself to help yourself feel better? Is there something you do for yourself on a daily basis to help cope? Do you take meds? Or Daily Vitamins

Inhaler training devices
Has anyone ever tried any training devices for inhalers - such as Trainhaler - for children with asthma? Do they help them retain correct technique long term?

Inhaler technique
Has anyone found any benefit from showing children online videos for improving inhaler technique? Do they tend to remember the correct technique or forget after a while? Any other suggestions for improving how well they retain technique?

Prescription charges for people over 60s
So with prescription charges, likely to go ahead in April, for people from 60 to 66 with no exemptions for people below 66, how do people feel about this, as it's likely certain lung conditions, won't be considered life threatening, so a lot of us will now have to pay for inhalers, and other medications

Chronic allergic asthma restricting breathing at all times.
Hello everyone, any exercise or activity such as a shower severely impairs my breathing. This has worsened considerably over the past yearI manage this at home by resting between activities and TaiChi breathing. Outside I can walk slowly when accompanied but tend to feel panicky when alone. In a shop

Is it normal that after 2 weeks with covid symptoms I started to have a bad pain to my ribs on both sides
No cough only temperature and extreme fatigue but today I have this bad pain to my ribs if I push myself to cough. What it can be, chest infection ? I took more inhalers 4 times a day, Fostair 100 ml Paracetamol and I changed it to Lemsip 4 times a day. Please help thank you so much.

Recovery after chest infection
Hi I had a bacterial chest infection, started 3 weeks ago, had problems getting through to gp so infection took hold. I can honestly say I've never been so poorly in my life. After antibiotics from dr, the infection cleared last friday. However, I'm finding breathing difficult. My gp thinks I'm panicking

More inhaler questions
As I wrote last week, I started taking Spiriva again following problems with Trelegy Ellipta. Spiriva had been my first inhaler four years ago, followed by Anoro and eventually Trelegy. I’ve been really short of breath since re-starting Spiriva so I really feel I need to change. As I have no idea how

More update
I’m so sorry I haven’t updated you all regarding my confusion with the inhalers. I had a message from “Biddy ” at BLF, reminding me of their Helpline. So I rang them and the nurse to whom I spoke was really helpful. She explained that sometimes several inhalers need to be tried before the right one is
