Hi everyone Has anybody used this inhaler? Any advice, information or side effects. My Gp decided to try me on this yesterday, I had been using Spiriva handihaler but it was not helping with my breathing, and before that I had a bad experience with trimbow. Will I ever get the right inhaler

Flu won’t go away.
I was diagnosed four years ago with emphysema. I have had no symptoms. Six weeks ago I got the flu. It’s been a rough six weeks. Getting my breath back and my energy back. Now every morning I can’t breathe and have to use an inhaler. Never had to before. I’ve had a CAT scan of my lungs, and it has not

I have been on the Seretide inhaler for 3 years , it was fine. I studied the leaflet

Chest infection at asthma review appointment.
Hello everyone. I am looking for a bit of advice. I have had green phlegm since March last year and had lots of antibiotics for crackles on lung. Sputum samples have been normal. I had my asthma review and on the appointment, my temp was 37.8, high pulse and CRP of 8.5 so GP reviewed me and heard crackles

Recently Diagnosed COPD
HiI've been recently diagnosed with mild COPD about 2 months ago. Tbh I really only noticed it doing uphill walks or long walks . But in the past few weeks it's become more apparent. Now just having a shower or going up the stairs makes me breathless. It seems to be getting worse and quickly. GP

persistent oral thrush

I also use a steroid inhaler for asthma (and rinse afterwards). I have frequent problems with oral thrush. Unfortunately the stuff that seemed to work best - the

Misleading Information
Bit disillusioned with some content Just read a contributor asserting that Ventolin is a steroid. It isn't. Steroid Inhalers are Corticosteroids I would counsel that folk check facts before offering guidance. Noted a coue of misguided contributors already so I will just leave

Follow up -back to Fostair - hooray.
I wrote about this two months ago, where a group pharmacist who i have never seen or spoken to changed my Fostair to Fobumix powder and just sent a text to tell me about the change. I was pretty annoyed about this at the time. I had wondered about Fostair MART regime, but never had a chance to discuss

Small dose of levothyroxine - good or bad?
I had thyroiditis many years ago. Since then, my dose of levothyroxine (and for a while NDT) has varied. However, it has never been a high dose (I don't have any record of it going over 100mcg/day), it has been as low as 25mcg/day, but settled at just 37.5mcg/day (driven by me, based on combination of
