Just back from GP!
I also take
Psyllium
Husks as I suffer with constipation. I'm rabbiting on as usual and I know I've got Hashimoto's disease that isn't pants enough to treat but I'm having a rant really and would love someone to say I'm not going mad, please.

Terrified of colon cancer. Anyone with similar story?
He said to take
psyllium
so I got Metamucil. At first it seemed to be working. It definitely made my stool look thicker than I’ve seen it in years, but still irregularly shaped. After seeing the blood streaked stool that night, I had a fairly identical bowel movement the following morning.

Need Home Care Suggestions. ANYTHING That will help. Alone With Just a Heating Pad! Going Crazy
I have added
psyllium
husks and drink lots of water. Need to get a better donut to sit on. Also I need some kind of "Therawand" I have seen different types, the Intimate Rose one looks good. She also has one with vibration, (although I have already "vibrating" in pain) maybe it would feel good?

Ferritin levels falling - please help
I eat a lot of veg and quite a bit of fruit, plus ground almonds for bread with
psyllium
husks. My fibre intake is way higher than most people's. Many thanks.

Stage 3 to 2: how I brought down creatinine levels and question about results
I cut out meat, increased water intake from 1-1.5 liters a day to 3.5-4 liters, and increased fiber with a lot of whole grains (bulgur, oats, quiona etc) and
psyllium
fiber supplements and lots of vegetables/fruits.

Need suggestions / alternative options
For the last one month she was taking
psyllium
husk which might have caused this this sudden increase. Is there a way to reduce the level of creatinine now? What is the future for this? Does anyone have experience of the levels stabilizing at higher levels?

Kratom extract for RLS?
I’m not sure why one kind of fiber, like Kratom, would tend to plug things up whereas maybe a different kind fiber , like
psyllium
husks, would not, but maybe not enough water was the problem.

Overnight Oats
This time I had: oats, hemp seeds, chia seeds, LSA (ground linseed, sunflower seeds & almond),
psyllium
husks, coconut flakes, cranberries, sultanas, pepitas, slivered almonds and coconut and almond milk. In the morning I add a handful of fresh berries- blueberries, raspberries and strawberries 🍓

Magnesiumhydroxide safe?
The well known methods like all kinds of fibers, linseeds, chiaseeds, flaxoil,
psyllium
, plums, lots of water, lots of veggies etc. I have tried but they do not help. What do you think, is the hydroxide form as safe as other magnesium forms? Are there any other benefits of this form?

Purple Smoothies for breakfast
I spoke with a dietician who suggested adding some fibre so now my morning mix consists of: Protein Powder, blueberries, unsweetened almond and coconut milk, Greek yogurt (I freeze it in the serving size), LSA and
Psyllium
husks. It’s filling and yummy 😋
