You can put whatever you like in your overnight oats. This time I had: oats, hemp seeds, chia seeds, LSA (ground linseed, sunflower seeds & almond), psyllium husks, coconut flakes, cranberries, sultanas, pepitas, slivered almonds and coconut and almond milk. In the morning I add a handful of fresh berries- blueberries, raspberries and strawberries 🍓
