Prucalopride
I have spoken to a gastroenterologist & he said the
Prucalopride
can be affected by IBS . I’ve had ups & downs with the
Prucalopride
before but this time it seems to be worse & I’m struggling with incomplete bowel movements despite being on such a lot of laxatives .

IBS C anxiety
I take
Prucalopride

Prucalopride started 3wks ago for Gastroparesis and constipation. Constipation cured weeks 1&2 but now constipated again.
I was wondering what experience people have with
Prucalopride
for Gastroparesis and constipation. Started it 3 weeks ago and I started having regular daily bowel movements. Week 3 nothing. Great though not to have felt if been sick.

Endo washing his hands of me...
He prescribed some
prucalopride
which kind of works, but he also acknowledged that my TSH(4.00) is quite high for someone on 200mcg Levothyroxine, so he asked to refer me back to the Endocrinologist that gave my surgery the go-ahead.

Stomach problems, possibly slow transit?
He gave me
prucalopride
but this didnt work at all. I now have linaclotide which has helped a bit but I'm still not going to the toilet much. He mentioned its possibly a slow transit thing.

Resolor/ prucalopride experience
Hi I was prescribed Resolor 2mg 1 tablet 2 weeks ago. I had side effects for about 2/3 days. Headache, nausea and then the side effects wore off and around day 4 they stopped working. I’ve continued to take them as they worked fantastically the first couple of days and I’m praying for a miracle. Last

Prucalopride and Depression
Hi, Has anyone experienced worsening depression while taking
prucalopride
(Resolor, Resotran, Motegrity)? I’ve been on it for almost two months and while it does help immensely with constipation, I’ve also lost my motivation, I feel hopeless and sad all the time and I cry a lot.

Pelvic pain slow transit rectocele
Hi I’m recently diagnosed with slow transit constipation and rectocele, awaiting treatment and currently trying resolor/
prucalopride
. I am also having intermittent bladder nocturia, not sure if it’s related as no dr I have seen gives me the same answer or a straight answer.

Hi everyone, After an endometriosis bowel surgery left me with more pain and constipation I finally saw a gastroenterologist this week who gave me
prucalopride
. I was warned about the severe side effects but this was so much worse than I thought!

Colo rectal consultant prescribed
Prucalopride
and latterly Constella but neither of these work now either. I'm due to see a gastro at the end of May in London. I'm paying for this myself in desperation (no private medical insurance) as no-one is taking me seriously.

Prucalopride
The Gastroenterolist was very vague towards me and said he was not allowed to perscibe it, (
Prucalopride
) which I thought was strange as he is a consultant.

Resolor (prucalopride) good or bad?
Does anyone have any experiences with Resolor (
Prucalopride
) that they could share with me? I have just been prescribed these for chronic constipation which I've had since birth.
