Advice please - possibly starting stims today - unsure of timings after withdrawal bleed.
This is our first round of IVF, I’ve been on a course of
provera
for 16 days, finished this on Friday 10th and started light bleeding on Saturday (11th) which is continuing. I’m due to start menopur on CD1 and was advised to wait until the evening after consistent flow.

Provera for 1 week only
Hi Everyone, I started heavily bleeding on Desogestrel after 4 months so I asked to try
Provera
. The Dr would only give me a weeks worth, enough to try and stop the bleeding for my smear test next week.

Recent surgery
Tried on various hormones to manage symptoms (Norethisterone,
Provera
). Still heavy bleeding and pain like a cricket ball in my tummy. In past 9 months, pain in bowel, pain emptying bowel and bleeding. Checked for haemerrhoids/Colonoscopy but nothing inside the bowel.

Provera and Fibroadenoma
So I've started my three month prescription of
provera
, I did tell the gynaecologist I have Fibroadenoma (benign breast lumps) and he said to stop taking it if I noticed any new ones.

Should i start my egg freezing process at 18?
I take
4 times a year since September 2022 but recently stopped as the withdrawal bleed would last 2 weeks and would be very painful and heavy. Although i have never checked my fertility rate, i have always kind of known i will probably struggle with fertility issues.

to bring my periods. It's a very stressful procedure. I got 5 embryos left: 5day embryos 4AA 5BA 3AA and 3AB 6day Embryos 5BA How you manage your 1.5 years old with transfer. I am getting anxiety attacks. It looks like i am starting this procedure from a scratch.

Confused about IVF appointments
I explained my periods are irregular so could be months and asked could I get
provera
to induce the period (had to do that for previous treatments). But they've just given me an appointment for the virology and hormone tests a random day in 2 weeks instead. Does anyone know why this is possible?

Pcos with regular but very light periods?
I was given
provera
in August and this prompted a proper period so I'm worried things might be building up! The doctor has given me Metformin (I don't even know if I'm insulin resistant though!) Started taking it today. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Advice on treatment
My pill nurse mentioned
Provera
last time I saw her so I don't know whether to try it, give this pill another 3 months or give the injections a go. Sorry for the essay, I really don't know what to do for the best. Any advice would be gratefully received! Thanks for reading x

Bruserlin and Provera
After a few days of bruserlin they then gave me Gonal F to trigger ovulation and
Provera
for 5 days to induce a period. They said period should start in 5-7 days from stopping
Provera
tablets. I’m now on day 7 with no signs of a period at all. I don’t feel like it’s even on its way.

Medicated Provera FET with Lubion and Clexane - bring it on
When you take
Provera
, how many days after will you bleed? My OH is planning a work travel so I am just trying to estimate some dates when he can be away.

One set back after another
I’ve been sent home with
Provera
and no scratch. I’m so fed up. I’ve already had to wait another three months to start this cycle because I was so anaemic. I’m so fed up of living with these fucking god awful periods that no one can ever find a reason for.

Waiting for laparascopic Hysterectomy but struggling with womb and bowel symptoms
Since then I have tried various hormones (Norethisterone and
Provera
) but I had to stop taking these due to weight gain and side effects, hot flushes, etc. In January I had a Colonoscopy following bowel pain and blood detected in stool sample.

Any advice?
A year ago mirena coil fitted, no improvement , constant bleeding - tried desogesterol,
provera
and now noriday. We have been repeatedly told she should persevere with the coil, it’s the “ holy grail” of endo treatment and we should give it a year. My daughter patiently agreed to this.

Advice on medication
Norethisterone and
Provera
have been mentioned but I don't know which one to go on. I'm a bit weary of Norethisterone as Noriday made me feel bloated and this a stronger version of it. Has anyone tried either of these and if so how successful were they?

Feeling lost
I have had 2 surgeries, zoladex injections, marina coil, mini pill, depot-
provera
injections and the contraceptive implant. I have bled through all of these and have been on a seemingly consistent period since my first surgery.
