Hello everyone! Some positive news, I managed to lose 2kgs, my BMI almost meant my treatment would be halted! I’m now on Provera tablets twice a day till my first ultrasound scan next week (everything crossed for the lining thickening).

I started acupuncture 3 weeks ago which has really helped with relaxing and generally feeling better, but wondered if anyone had any advice on things to do or eat during a FET? 😊

Just to say good luck with FET Look after yourself- have a good healthy diet wholegrain bread - pasta and brown rice All fresh veg and fruit if possible - raw or steamed veg [ overcooking can lower vit content ] Milk - hard cheese ,nuts and seeds Try to avoid too much sugar and processed foods

Thank you so much Janet, this is so helpful! I’m definitely trying to add a lot more fresh fruit and veg and minus out sugar and processed food! Here’s hoping the first scan goes well 🤞🏽♥️

Congrats! They say a Mediterranean diet is supposed to be best because it’s a mix of of things good! lots of colours! Good luck 🌈✨

Fantastic news, well done! During my successful FET I drank pomegranate juice for the lining and ate walnuts with yoghurt and honey. Very best of luck!

Thank you so much Eloquentia, I went out and got some pomegranate juice! 😊 Need to remember to buy some walnuts, maybe even hazelnuts!
