Bruserlin and Provera

Hey all

I have endo. It’s my first IVF round with a private clinic. My first egg retrieval didn’t go so well on the nhs. Anyway I went in to start treatment on day 2 of my cycle following a monitoring month and they said my estrogen was too high. I went in the next day and it had dropped then the following day it was slightly too high. This caused my clinic to downregulate my hormones by putting me on bruserlin. I’ve been on it for 2 and half weeks.

After a few days of bruserlin they then gave me Gonal F to trigger ovulation and Provera for 5 days to induce a period. They said period should start in 5-7 days from stopping Provera tablets. I’m now on day 7 with no signs of a period at all. I don’t feel like it’s even on its way. The clinic said I’d likely be able to start stims once my period starts but it seems to be no where to be seen. I feel like I’m waiting forever before even starting stims!

Has anyone else been through this and how long did it take for your period to arrive? I’ve been Googling (i know, I know) and seen that a period might not come if estrogen is too low and just conscious I’ve been taking bruserlin for 2 and half weeks now and whether it’s stopping my period coming?
