So far so good!
So girls I've been taking 10mg of
Provera
TDS for a few days now and all I can say is wow :) Before I took it I was in pain quite bad every day as my zoladex injection just wore off so fast. Since taking the
provera
omg so far it's amazing is like a pain killer not a hormone!

Differences in hypothalamic type 2 deiodinase ubiquitination explain localized sensitivity to thyroxine
Have continued to wonder why no-one seems to be attempting to use those technologies for thyroid hormone - but regular as anything for depo
provera
and such like.

PCOS after switching from depo-provera injection to coil.
Hello. Am new here. I am in my late 30s. I was on depo injections for about 12 years with no PCOS. No hirsutism. No dodgy ovaries ( I've had several scans over the years for nonPCOS reasons, the last clear ovary scan being 3 years ago). Last year I switched to the hormone coil and rapidly developed hirsutism

Tired of it all!
After a third pregnancy went wrong I went on depo
provera
injections every three months (periods stopped) but had to come off it after getting a pulmonary embolism. After a few months started to have terrible pains in my abdomen and groan.

Questions
I had been on Depo
Provera
since January 26, 2013. My last injection was on August 4th, 2014. We have been trying for a while at the advice of my doctor. My first period was on November 17th, 2014. And now today, although this is when I'm ovulating, I got a lighter period today. Is that normal?

Confused and fed up
This is my first on here and I haven't spoken about this in a while because my problems (mostly) subsided whilst I was on the Depo
Provera
injection for about 2 or 3 years - so I just got on with it. Background: had 'menstrual' and pain issues since about 10 years old.

Laparoscopic Adhesiolysis
Also, I was basically told by my Gyne that if the
Provera
didn't work and this surgery doesn't work, the only way to be pain free is to get pregnant or have a hysterectomy. Surely these aren't my only two options?!

Stage 4 endo and fertility
Instead I tried one Depo
Provera
injection to just stop my periods for a bit. That one injection that was meant to last 3 months meant I didn't get a proper period again for nearly 9 months which wasn't great because my husband and I wanted to try for our first child.

I'm currently on depo
provera
to 'treat' my endometriosis and every month in the last month the cartilage around my rubs seemingly swells up. Usually it just really really really stings, however this months new and exciting symptom is i couldn't breath.

Provera Oral
I have been taking 30mg oral
Provera
a day alongside Cerazette for the past 4 months, the consultant told me to stop the
Provera
now and carry on with Cerazette until my first laparoscopy (hopefully in about 2 months time).

Laparoscopy Virgin ...
Since the last appointment, I have been taking Cerazette and
Provera
oral together and it has definitely improved most of my symptoms minus the painful intercourse. So, I was worried what would come out of today’s appointment as I didn’t really know much more about other treatment options.
