Provera??

Heya girls I haven't been on here in a while as over Xmas new year I've been abit hectic as you all have I imagine. ( hope you all had a good one and happy new year).

This is why I need your advice girls I started provera in December but over the Xmas period I became abit lax on taking my provera three times a day, not intentionally but I'm a nurse and worked nights all over the holidays (barely had time to give patient tablets let alone take my own) lol

I really didn't take them properly at all somedays one others two :/ . I can't find any information but could I have done any harm by doing this? My pain was all over the place and I just feel weirdly like my body needs a break and a period.

Any help would be fab thanks xxxx
