Every morning !

Hiya girls I'm just wondering if anybody has any tips or suggestions... I'm on provera Tds at the moment and to be honest I'm not the most compliant medication taker. But every morning recently I'm waking up with horrible lower back ache and feeling nauseous... At first I thought it must be the way I'm sleeping but no matter how much support I put there I'm still waking up in the morning in pain feeling sick

It's an odd one but any of you have any suggestions?

I used to wake up with terrible lower back pain and found putting an earthing sheet on my bed quite helpful. The stiffness is gone and I sleep well. They are expensive, but I find it helps. groundology.co.uk
