Did Kegels and PT for incontinence....nothing helped and today still very much incontinent. In May 2022 my PSA began to steadily rise from undetectable for

Darolutamide 1200mg/day?
Lately my MO has put me on 1200mg a day of Nubeqa or Darolutamide with 3 monthly Zoladex injection. My PSA was 6.4 & was reduced to 2.4 in 5 weeks. So that is good, but my question is, has anyone here been on that amount of Darolutamide a day? & What is it doing to the heart? not to mention liver

mCRPC end of ADT--staying the course.
My dad saw his oncologist yesterday. My sister and I were there; we both read “Being Mortal” and watched several videos on the subject. The MO brought in the PSA test and said it was time to start considering a treatment change and the next steps were chemo and there was also Pluvicto. What happened

PSA not dropping with cabazitaxel
See my profile for history. Have had 8 good years after Docitaxal, Lupron and 4 years of Zytiga. But mets's started up again in May, 2023. PSA went up to 36. Took 5 rounds of Docitaxal but not working. PSA 46 in December. MO prognosis is 1-1.5 yrs. Switched to cabazitaxel but after 3 rounds PSA is now

How long does SBRT to two lymph nodes continue to lower PSA?
Just wondering…does SBRT continue to drop PSA for any length of time? Or is it five sessions and it is what it is then? Curious if I can see further PSA reduction after 5 sessions to one node, then 5 to a second node. No prostate. See the treating RO in a couple of days, but thought I would ask
