Bleeding on Progesterone
Hi everyone, I'm just after other peoples experiences whilst taking
progesterone
in the 2 week wait following embryo transfer. Is it normal to have bleeding after a week post transfer or should the
progesterone
prevent bleeding even if test is negative. Thanks in advance x

how soon after stopping prog/estro did you get period?
I already took my
progesterone
shot and morning estrace today but will not take it tomorrow. Wondering, if you've had a fet that didn't work, when did you get your period after stopping
progesterone
and estrogen?

Fresh IVF transfer - progesterone level
Hi All, Im just wondering what our
progesterone
level should be, around transfer? I had a
progesterone
test 3 days post egg retrieval, which I received today and it measured at 190.8nmol/L, is that too high? (First
progesterone
level tested before embryo transfer - so I have no clue).

Failed modified natural FET - wrong protocol?
My doctor, for whatever reason, asked me to trigger one day then start
progesterone
2 hours later, and the transfer was 5 days after trigger. I found that bizarre because the nurses had originally told me that
progesterone
is taken 36 hours after trigger and the transfer 5 days after that.

Cyclogest - Order online?
I am worried about my next FET as it’s my last embryo and was thinking might be good to have some spare cyclogest incase as I suffer with low
progesterone
… Any thoughts? X

Was referred to epu the next day who found pretty much the same findings but were adamant it was 50/50 (IMO they’re not clued up on IVF nowhere near enough) the did hcg and

Update - 2nd Transfer
I am going to be on Progynova (I think it’s spelled like that) for estrogen and then cyclogest rectally 2x a day and Lubion injection 1x a day as my
progesterone
. First transfer I was only on x2 cyclogest - no injections.

hello I had endo years ago my story ended somewhat good in that I’mNot in any pain but sadly no conception ,I’m older Still hurts
They put me on three months
progesterone
. That didn’t help at all . I had about 8 surgeries to remove endo and scars . I finally just went in pill and that pretty much took care of it . Had it to do over I would have become involved with in vitro instead of all the trial and errors .

6DP5DT & Scared
I did have a little nausea yesterday but I've had to up my
progesterone
dose so putting it down to that. I've a bad chest too but I'm on steroids that have wiped my immune system. Struggling to remain positive, we've thrown everything at this round so I don't know why it won't work 😫

FET - fluid/cyst in uterine cavity at mid cycle scan
Despite this, my FET has been scheduled and I have been told to start
progesterone
medication and to come back for a scan the day before transfer to check again.

shooting pains @5wks + after FET BFP
I’m currently 5wks 4 days pregnant after a successful FET so I’m on both oestrogen and quite a bit of
progesterone
- cyclogest and lubion. It’s so early on and I’m aware that apparently these types of things don’t tend to happen until much later so I’m very worried.

2nd FET
In regards to my first failed transfer, I believe I was not on enough
progesterone
. I was on Cyclogest rectally but I know that some women take Lubion injections instead. I responded very well to the inductions during my stimulation stage of IVF.

pcos or perimenopause. Pleaseee help me.
I can’t figure out if the long menstruations are due to a lack of estradiol or
progesterone
. I would appreciate it if you could explain because it’s very difficult with doctors. No one explains anything.

Headaches/Migraines
I do feel they have got worse since stopping the
progesterone
and estrogen a few weeks ago. (I did used to suffer with migraines before pregnancy seemed to be once a month the week before my period was due, therefore I think they are hormone related).

out of date meds from clinic
A nurse gave me this box on the day of my transfer and I was told to add it in to boost my
progesterone
levels a bit. It’s been signed by them but clearly the date wasn’t checked. I’m in my TWW so that’s very worrying I could have used them and they may not have worked!
