out of date meds from clinic

Hi there, I was just wondering if anyone has had this experience but I went to open a box of my lubion yesterday and noticed it was out of date! Lubion is so expensive and I’m upset that they haven’t checked this properly. A nurse gave me this box on the day of my transfer and I was told to add it in to boost my progesterone levels a bit. It’s been signed by them but clearly the date wasn’t checked. I’m in my TWW so that’s very worrying I could have used them and they may not have worked! I’m going to email them the pictures of the box. Has anyone else had this? It went off in July so not too long but I’m assuming the expiry is there for a reason.

Makes me worried now that I’ve used other meds/ stims that haven’t been in date and didn’t notice! :/

It shouldn’t happen and hopefully it’s just an error and one off with your meds. Thankfully it’s not months out of date, so if you have had to use them the efficacy will not be impacted hopefully. Good luck x
