Not Sure How Much More I Can Take
Hi All, I am new here and thank you for reading my post. I have been dealing with depression, anxiety, awful panic attacks and PTSD since childhood. I have been on several medications, been in therapy and not much seems to help. Recently, my dad was diagnosed with cancer and my world has been spinning

I’m new here, trying something different. I suffer from PTSD ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION. I hate it. Everything brings me to a panic
Anyone wake up and want to just go back to sleep so that they won’t have to deal with the reoccurring thoughts that run through your head? I’m always anxious. Talking to others help but then people get tired and you can hear it in their tone that they are tired of listening.

Herbal supplements? Xanax? Esketamine?
I'm trying to find a supplement for my daily depression meds that work generally but then I'll hit a huge slump and would love an as needed med for those times. Obviously something to work with my psychiatrist on, but I would love to know what has been effective for you all. I ordered some St. John's

Natural remedies for anxiety and depression
Has anyone ever tried natural remedies for anxiety and depression? I have tried 4 different anti depressants and all seem to make me worse versus better. I also hate the side effects of weight gain, suicidal ideation, etc. I struggle with sleep every night also. Has anyone perhaps tried a vitamin

I'm new, got some PTSD, and a little depression. Other than that everything is great! Can't wait to connect with some good people going through the same stuff.

Flu and Flare-up
In early March I caught the flu. I completely lost my appetite. I didn't want to eat anything. On March 8th I felt so bad that I requested a home visit from the GP. She said that this year in the local community the flu seemed to be worse in the patients who had had the flu jab. She prescribed Tamiflu

Anyone dealing with sarcomatoid strain?
Just found out my prostate cancer has morphed into the rarest form, sarcomatoid. The good news just keeps on coming! Anyone else dealing with this one? Wondering about treatment options. Next step is pep scan and potentially stopping zytiga and doing more chemo.

Medication
Hi everyone, I just wondered if anyone would be able to give me a little bit of advice. Since around July time last year I have been having quite a bit of stomach trouble. I have Axial SpA and my rheumatologist seems to think that I may have IBS as this can quite often be related, so has referred me

When is enough enough? 😔
My father & I were both diagnosed with PTSD. But after much research, I think C-PTSD would be much more accurate. Because our past experiences have been very different, it’s been very challenging for him to accept my diagnosis. *I was first diagnosed in 2008 & then again in 2014 *He was recently

Pep Talk Board
Tonight a few posters made me want to share something with you all. At my lowest point last fall I took an old cork board and stuck it with that 3m hanging stuff to my closet door. I put it there as a pep talk when I open my eyes, get ready for the day, come home for the day and go to sleep at night.

Ouch! Help!
On Thursday I went out for my 5k on week 4 of Jujus bridge to 10k plan. The shorter runs have been feeling really hard lately and my times are getting slower and it’s really disheartening me, but off I went anyway. At 2.5k I hit a hill that I’ve done before but every time the gremlins come and tell me
