Combination of Cabometyx and Tecentriq used in patients with mCRPC, could even be better than Pluvicto?
"First of all, the Novartis trial is only for patients with PSMA-positive tumors, while the Exelixis study doesn’t have that restriction. But patients must have measurable disease to be eligible for CONTACT-02, while PSMAfore didn’t require that."...I foresee a cat fight! https://www.fiercepharma.com

PLUVICTO
I finished 6 treatments of
Pluvicto
in May 2023 with negligible PSA readings. In August of 23 my PSA jumped to 2.3, my September 14 PSA is 16.8. It seems like
Pluvicto
is losing it's grip. I have an appointment with my oncologist on September 25. I am sure he will order a PSMA scan.

Tumor Mutation Burden
Just to add that I had 6
Pluvicto
treatments with undetectable PSA since 12/22. The last
Pluvicto
was in April, 2023 and June PSA was undetectable. In Sept it shows 3.00 PSA and scan showed multiple lymph nodes that unfortunetaly cannot be radiated (1 is too close to duodenum).

Chemotherapy or Pluvicto
I am offered chemo or a trial with
Pluvicto
. The cancer is throughout my bones. What should I do. I have had chemo at the beginning of this journey and it worked then.

SPECT scan horror
I had a SPECT scan after first does of
Pluvicto
. I had no idea how horrible a scan could be. There are things that project out to get as close to you as possible. I have had many CT scans MRIs PET scans but this is different. I do have a bit of claustrophobia but never felt this horrible before.

LU 177- Pluvicto- Help with reducing damage to Lacrimal glands, Salivary Glands and the Liver
My husband has his first of 6 injections of LU-177 -
Pluvicto
in about a week. His MO/RO provided zero help with how to mitigate the side effects of damage to lacrimal, salivary glands and the liver.

Pluvicto question
Novartis says that Median overall survival with
Pluvicto
is 15 months (versus 11 months with SOC). So I think that means that 1/2 of men who use
Pluvicto
are still alive 15 months after starting treatment (or finishing treatment?).

I’m to begin my
Pluvicto
protocol in a view weeks. I would sure appreciate hearing from those who have gone through it what their experiences were, positive or negative. Thanks for anything you can tell me. Bob (rgage1@cox.net)

Pluvicto failed - what is next?
Hello Warriors Well it looks like
pluvicto
has failed. I just got my most recent PSA test after my fourth injection and my PSA has now gone from 20 to 30. Also my PSMA scan says that my cancer is no more stable and on the move with more tracers. Still just in the bones.

UK Cabazitaxel/Carboplatin availability
I could just about find the money, but I'm also aware that
Pluvicto
might need to be paid for further down the line, so it's one or the other. It's 'ridiculous' (this is how my oncologist has defined it): both drugs are generic, and I saw Carboplating for sale in the US for $92 for 4 vials.

PSA & T is up
His oncologist told us that he may be eligible for
Pluvicto
but in his experience it stops working once you are done finished with the treatments. He suggested we find a trial at Sloan Kettering in NYC and reminded us that my husbands PC is very aggressive.

Followup Pluvicto PSMA PET
Hey folks, Just got my first scan post
Pluvicto
, finished 6/9 Lymph node Hot spots shown from 8/22 and 4/23 are now gone. However, a few new ones, extremely small and low uptake, are now present. Both MOs are a little perplexed.
