Followup Pluvicto PSMA PET

Hey folks,

Just got my first scan post Pluvicto, finished 6/9

Lymph node Hot spots shown from 8/22 and 4/23 are now gone.

However, a few new ones, extremely small and low uptake, are now present.

Both MOs are a little perplexed.

If new spots are PSMA expressive in scan, why would they even be there?

Did blood work again for Guardian and other gene related stuff.

Probably going to give Provenge a go at it.

Anyone know of a good clinical I might get into?

I suspect Provenge and Pluvicto might work well together.

As Pluvicto moves mainstream SOC, I think we are finding out a lot about its behavior in the "real world" (i.e., the wider non-study environment). This includes seemingly new PSMA-avid lesions appearing post-treatment. It happened to me - reduction of some tumors, and growth of others...all PSMA-avid to one degree or another! Pluvicto treatment is very clever, but I can only think my new tumors are examples of natural selection in action.

I definitely recommend Provenge for one reason - out of all treatments, it is the only one that didn't have any nasty side effects. Is it working? Dunno! - Joe M.

The Guardiant results typically recommend any available clinical trial. If you have no access to that ask your doctor for a copy.
