Hot tub after Pluvicto
does anyone know if one can get in the hot tub 2 days after
Pluvicto
? It’s not the kind that replenishes the water….just recycles it through a filter. If my Joe goes in, does it mean no one else can till we drain and clean it? I can’t find an answer online……

What next? Is my man a candidate for Pluvicto?
We are going down to consult with an oncologist in Santa Barbara to see if he qualifies for
Pluvicto
, and we have a consultation with our wonderful Dr. Aggarwall at UCSF, also next week. My question is, can someone who has cancer in this bladder area have
Pluvicto
treatments?

Been on Firmagon with Zytiga and Prednisone PSA rising, what can I do next?
Information in Bio Hoping to try a PARP inhibitor or Provenge perhaps, I don’t know much about this, but my medical oncologist keeps mentioning
pluvicto
, I’m not interested in doing that yet.

Medication after pluvicto
I’ve had 5 infusions of
Pluvicto
. My PSA went down slightly and then went up to 20.5. I will find out later this week if I will get the 6th infusion. What meds, if any, has anyone in a similar situation received?

Darolutamide failing after 2 years. Any success if I switch to Xandi or Zytiga or do I need to move to Pluvicto.
Dx 2018. PSA 16. Been on Orgovyx. Started Second line (Darolutamide) two years ago when PSA started to rise. PSA rose over the last 5 months from 0.021 (August) to 0.48 I had a few bone mets and several lymph nodes when dx. Trying to find other treatments since I'm running out of Standard

Pluvicto Aftereffects SMART syndrome?
As I've posted here, spouse was pretty much the poster boy for
Pluvicto
. He had a hiccup with the supply issues, but PSA dropped significantly and his side effects during treatment were perfectly manageable, until ....

BRACA 2
I received my 1st dose of
Pluvicto
2 weeks ago and have had a severe pain flare since then. I am wondering if anyone else had a PSA in the 1500’s with extensive bone Mets before starting as well as the BRACA 2 gene??

Pluvicto side effects…
… are kicking my butt. I have my third round next week. I’m more fatigued than with chemo, bone pain, can’t eat, constipation — all the stuff. I’m even more concerned now because I was Rx-ed oxycodone and have increasingly been turning to that for temporary physical relief. I’m starting to think maybe

Good News Update on my Joe
This Friday Joe will get his 4th dose of
Pluvicto
. His PSA dropped from 7.69 last month to 4.88 this month. He experiences fatigue, which is remedied by dexamethasone on the days he has something he wants to do. Otherwise, he sleeps. No other side effects worth mentioning at this time.

New MO Phoenix Arizona
Good morning, Warriors, Last week I learned that
Pluvicto
had failed. I had an appointment with my MO at the Mayo clinic in Phoenix. At the beginning of the appointment, my MO , Dr. Alan Bryce, informed me that he was leaving Mayo Clinic. He said I would be assigned a new doctor.

House legislation aims to close a regulatory loophole to improve patient safety of nuclear medicine diagnostic tests in oncology&cardiology
[i]News to me, but something to think about the next time you go for a PET/CT scan or
Pluvicto
treatment. An issue that is definitely one our patient community should be aware of and legislation we should all support.

Bone Pain
Well it has been getting a lot worse and I just had a PSMA scan in anticipation of
Pluvicto
. It is quite clear that there is a lot of uptake throughout much of my left shoulder. Nice to know that my PC is PSMA avid but the amount of involvement is pretty scary.

So who should I be angry with-
And a few
Pluvicto
SE - no saliva and nausea. The doctor said one of the SE for the morphine might be causing the hallucinations. So I trusted the answer and left it at that for a while.

and it's supposed to do a better job than Lutetium (
Pluvicto
) But keep an eye also on 64 Cu SAR Bispsma, which had some incredible results, and of course Actinium....honestly on paper they all seem to be better than Lutetium, well, after all we are evolving...

Pluvicto and Hemaglobin
After 5 sessions of
Pluvicto
, my hemoglobin levels are getting worse, as well as my Platelet count. I had a blood transfusion about 5 weeks ago when the hemoglobin dropped below 7,and another one a week ago.
