Pleuritic Pain and Severe Asthma
I have severe asthma and am exceptionally prone to chest infections as I don’t clear my chest very well normally. I have had 3 lots of antibiotics for chest infections since January. I’ve had a bad cold that I’m trying to hold off from becoming a chest infection. The bit that’s bothering me most is

I can’t figure out my mind
I feel a little better finally letting some heavy things out to friends and family and you guys, but I still can’t get past this, I need to talk about childhood trauma and a suicide attempt, I spoke to a therapist years ago and it was going well. It was just when I started to remember these memories

GP told me to self isolate 2 more weeks?
So I self isolated for 14 days as my wife has Covid-19 symptoms. At the the time I was waiting to see if my asthma condition was going be on the high risk group or not, and I was due to return to work the next day. So I emailed my GP who looked at my notes and replied I should isolate for 2 more weeks

Pleurisy diagnosis from doctor??
I was having difficulty breathing from the 10 of January, a couple of days in it was hurting my lungs when I tried to get a deep breath, so I went to my doctor who told me I had a bout of pleurisy, so what is the likelihood of this actually being covid19?

One run to go....
Today was my second 30 minute run and I’d like to say it was easier than the first ... but I’d be lying. I was 13 seconds slower per km but I’ll take that. I was manning the phones yesterday in place of my son, who has gone off in holiday, and didn’t drink my usual water quota. So I don’t think that

Healthy Diets - a bit obvious but worth saying!
The human body is marvellously equipped to cope although anyone reading this probably has a few body systems that aren't obliging! I know mine doesn't, BUT common sense things such as making sure your body has all the fuel, right ingredients etc to do its best is crucial. A balanced diet incorporating

Switching Medications
I have been taking 100mg Zoloft for the last few months and I just swapped over to 10mg Lexapro on my doctors suggestion. What are some of the biggest changes/challenges you guys have noticed switching between these or just with Lexapro?

Nutraceuticals (NAC) have potential for boosting the type 1 interferon response to RNA viruses including influenza and coronavirus
In light of worldwide concern regarding the recent outbreak of a deadly novel strain of coronavirus in China, it is fortuitous that two recent discoveries point the way to effective nutraceutical measures for potentiating the type 1 interferon response to RNA viruses. It is clear that certain nutraceuticals

Issues with focusing, concentrating, Indecisiveness, procrastination, lack of motivation, weight loss, insomnia, etc. PLS HELP...Need a Job
I was diagnosed by my primary doctor with severe anxiety early last year, & I tried taking a low dose of meds (Paxil/Paroxitene), but it didn’t help and I didn’t like the side effects; I also briefly tried Wellbutrin and Remeron. My anxiety symptoms were interfering with my work, & I had to take time
