Pleurisy diagnosis from doctor??
I was having difficulty breathing from the 10 of January, a couple of days in it was hurting my lungs when I tried to get a deep breath, so I went to my doctor who told me I had a bout of pleurisy, so what is the likelihood of this actually being covid19?

Advice appreciated
Hi I have had a bad chest for 6 days now and after having a course of antibiotics and steroids feel no better. My GP has now said I have pleurisy and put me on new antibiotics. My chest and ribs hurt so much when I cough and I can't sleep. Any advice would be appreciated . I'm a 62 yr old female. Thank

Panasol 2 Light therapy?
ok, I have one of these 8 ft lights! It is for use by Doctors. I used it for a friends leg, for only 20 seconds at a time..with goggles and black cape over her body. Now it says these are good to destroy this virus! anyone know how I use it to be safe with my COPD, Heart Damage, Lung Damage, Diafram

Pleurisy
If you have suffered from pleurisy and recently throughout January and February had a cough and viral infection and work within the NHS am I putting myself at risk?

One run to go....
Today was my second 30 minute run and I’d like to say it was easier than the first ... but I’d be lying. I was 13 seconds slower per km but I’ll take that. I was manning the phones yesterday in place of my son, who has gone off in holiday, and didn’t drink my usual water quota. So I don’t think that

Healthy Diets - a bit obvious but worth saying!
The human body is marvellously equipped to cope although anyone reading this probably has a few body systems that aren't obliging! I know mine doesn't, BUT common sense things such as making sure your body has all the fuel, right ingredients etc to do its best is crucial. A balanced diet incorporating

Switching Medications
I have been taking 100mg Zoloft for the last few months and I just swapped over to 10mg Lexapro on my doctors suggestion. What are some of the biggest changes/challenges you guys have noticed switching between these or just with Lexapro?

Nutraceuticals (NAC) have potential for boosting the type 1 interferon response to RNA viruses including influenza and coronavirus
In light of worldwide concern regarding the recent outbreak of a deadly novel strain of coronavirus in China, it is fortuitous that two recent discoveries point the way to effective nutraceutical measures for potentiating the type 1 interferon response to RNA viruses. It is clear that certain nutraceuticals

Issues with focusing, concentrating, Indecisiveness, procrastination, lack of motivation, weight loss, insomnia, etc. PLS HELP...Need a Job
I was diagnosed by my primary doctor with severe anxiety early last year, & I tried taking a low dose of meds (Paxil/Paroxitene), but it didn’t help and I didn’t like the side effects; I also briefly tried Wellbutrin and Remeron. My anxiety symptoms were interfering with my work, & I had to take time

I’m just feeling scared. I’ve been sick all weekend with a stomach virus had fever all day yesterday. I suffer with anxiety/depression and now I’m scared due to low energy. I’m scared something bad might happen to me. But I know this is just panic. But it’s scary. Please send support.

Extreme appetite zoloft
Has anyone experienced extreme appetite or hunger on Zoloft? I’ve never had a large appetite and for the past month or so I have an almost constant feeling of hunger that is not satisfied by any type of food. I’ve gained 10 pounds in 6 weeks and I’ve never done this before. It’s the most annoying thing

Dermatillomania/ Skin Picking
Does anybody out there struggle with skin picking like I do? I just cannot seem to stop picking at blackheads, whiteheads, and any kind of blemish that barely even seems to be there. It gives me such anxiety to think there is something sitting in my skin, that I pick and squeeze until I have huge sores

Anyone refused a physical exam at a pip medical assessment?
Has anyone refused a physical exam during the medical assessment? I first had a pip medical assessment 2 years ago. The lady hurt me so bad that I was left in agony for days on end. At my reassessment in December 2019, the guy asked to perform a physical but said I was entitled to refuse if it would
