Has anyone tried either Rimagepant or galcanezumab for vestibular migraine?
It take
pizotifen
and amitriptyline for vestibular migraine which seems to reduce the headaches but doesn't help with the constant feeling of being on the deck of a ship or walking on a marshmallow floor. Is anyone else experiencing that?

Coming off pizotifen after 6 years
At my latest drug review, it was suggested I taper off
pizotifen
as I've been on it 6+ years and there may be long term effects on my liver if I keep taking it forever. Blood results ok at the moment.Anyone on here come off it after such a long time?

13 year old boy, pain around/just above belly button, struggling to get any diagnosis or find anything that helps.
Currently (via Bupa paediatrician) been prescribed
amytriptyline
for pain (seems to have made no difference), and
to prevent stomach migraine. Have been taking both for a week, but no difference, due to increase the
pizotifen
dose from tonight for another week.

Botox Day 1
Fingers crossed it starts to help over the next couple of weeks, as I’ve already tried - Amitriptyline - Sumatriptan -
Pizotifen
- Propanolol - Ajovy - Topiramate And then will keep up with the treatment in the hopes that it should start to work 🤞🏼

CRGP injections side effects
I have tried taking
Pizotifen
, amitriptyline, and am still taking atenolol and venlafaxine. In June, I had a bi-lateral GON block which didn’t work. In August I was given my first dose of Botox.

Help with Migraine question?
The problem is I take
Pizotifen
at night which takes away the aura and a lot of the pain but I'm still getting dizzy with nauseaus. If I take Sumatriptan it takes it all away but it comes back the next day. Problem is I don't actually know for sure when my migraine starts and ends.

Pregnancy
Has anyone kept taking
pizotifen
for migraine prevention while pregnant? My neurologist told me there’s not a lot of research around it in pregnancy and although it’s not in a “bad” drug category he would like me to come off it. The withdrawals are hard and the headaches are fierce!

PAF and tiredness
Hello all, I have had PAF for three years now, I am on Tildiem ,Apixiban, Avorstatin, Lansaprosol and
Pizotifen
. My problem is I feel so tired and lethargic. I am struggling to do all the things I want to do, even going for a walk takes it’s toll as my hips hurt quite a bit.

B12 and hot flushes
I gradually came off this med (
Pizotifen
) but also ran out of B12 tablets at the time & I think I have now worked out that it is actually the B12 causing the hot flushing. Has anyone else had this experience? I don't seem to get an increase in this symptom after injections (Hydroxocobalamin).

supplements interfering with medication
I started
pizotifen
a few weeks ago for severe migraine and cluster headache prevention. It worked like magic but I gained 3/4 stone which, at just over 5ft is not ideal with an inflammatory arthritis which is getting worse. I was also extremely depressed and a bit snappy.
