Taking norethisterone before laparoscopy
Would that be a good idea? My period is due 4 days before. Have been told it’s ok but would rather not be on at that time. Especially if my period is late and starts that day or is day 2 which can be heavier for me. I don’t always get my period on the due date can be a day or two out sometimes. I bought

Advice Please.
For the past 5 months my periods have become irregular with them occurring less than every 21 days. They are heavy and I am in a lot of pain. I am not on any contraception due to migraines and my hair is becoming thinner than usual. I’m really worried but don’t want to be a burden over nothing.

Tranexamic acid
What’s your experience of Tranexamic Acid? I’m currently on week 5 of heavy period after coming off everything a year ago. Had coil removed and stopped Zoladex injections to give my body a break from over 10 years of drugs. I wish I hadn’t. The pain I thought was quite intense is nothing compared to

Help for severe possible endo pain?
Hi, I’m currently awaiting scans and a laparoscopy to diagnose probable endometriosis but this has been significantly delayed due to doctors complacency and then the covid outbreak. Every period I have is utter hell. The flow and pain are severe, and I can barely leave bed. Going to the toilet also

Temperature charting?
Hi all! I was after some help or advice about bbt charting if anyone here has some experience with it. I only just started tracking my temperature towards the end of my last cycle. For the last 2 months my period has been 11 days late which is concerning me a little. After the 1st late month I assumed

Bleeding and cramping between periods while on the implant?
I have had the implant for about 2.5 years and have had no issues. However I have recently been having spotting and cramps between my periods. Is this normal for someone on the implant even though I have not had this side effect for the past two years?

Feeling Low...not sure what is happening with body
I was on Prostap for over 8mths. Took my ast injection in Dec. Thought I’d get my period jan this year but no show. It’s been 6months no period. I’ve just turned 40. I have severe endo....whilst not getting my period has been great, I’m really worried I might be in menopause. Has anyone experienced that

Frustrated, fed up and back to square one
I'm new here, I guess I'm looking for experiences that sound similar to mine and whether it's endo or other ways you got diagnosed. Background: - From 1st ever period, periods were a nightmare. Flooding, heavy, painful, went on pill aged 14. Stayed constantly on birth control to manage (7 different pills

Longest month ever.
I am so confused this month. To let you understand, I was taking pregnacare but I felt it really messed up my periods so this month I am back to folic acid and vitamin d, the pregnacare extended my menstrual cycle where as before this I was 28 days regular. So this time, my period started on 20th May

Need help with constant breakthrough bleeding
I was prescribed notethisterone to stop the break through bleeding at the same time as the pill of the same name. I didn’t take the pills to stop the bleeding as it calmed down as soon I was prescribed them, recently the bleeding has got worse again. I am two months into the birth control tablet but

Help!
I got a lap in September 2019 which confirmed endo on my ovaries, pelvic side walls and both sides of my bowel with some lesions. My surgeon excised most of the endo, except for some on my left ovary which she burned using diathermy. I also got the mirena put in. After surgery, I had no pain and I was

Implant bleeding
I have had the contraceptive implant now for around six months, and I’ve being having a lot of brown blood/discharge since. The first few months I had a lot of headaches but they seemed to have calmed down now. I did a std/sti test and it came back clear, so I’m worried as to what is causing this.

Post IVF (Chemical Pregnancy) Periods
Hi ladies, I suffered a chemical after my first IVF round at the end of March. My periods since have been slightly different to what I’m used to. They’ve been extremely painful & very clotty ( a lot more than usual). I ended up getting out of bed three times last night as I couldn’t sleep due to the
