SeHCAT scan - eeek!
Got my letter through to book the SeHCAT scan. I'm just freaked out by having to go to the same clinic that caused me so much distress during colonoscopies/endoscopies. I know this won't hurt and logically I don't need to worry but I can't help it.🙄

Health Anxiety
I don't know where to get better help. I'm 30 years old and my life has been taken over by health concern OCD/health anxiety. I've had CBT therapy for it on the NHS (I'm in England). I can't afford a private therapist. I did genuinely try with the CBT and I really had high hopes that it would work but

norovirus
the news is filled with information about norovirus and I desperately don’t want it. I feel like I’m doomed to get it since I’ve never had it (I’m 26, last time I had a stomach bug I was a kid). I’m even more fearful now after going to work today. A teacher was out yesterday because over the weekend

Suffering and feeling trapped
Hi-I'm really struggling with anxiety and depression. I've been going in downspirals basically once a month or so. This time I was in bed for a week. My stress is through the roof. I'm a teacher and it's so much stress and pressure I can't take it. I'm in Year 10 and my admin and a few other teachers

ADAA blog: 6 Ways to Tackle BFRBs Outside Your Home
Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs) include things like skin picking (excoriation disorder), hair pulling (trichotillomania), nail biting/picking, cheek chewing and more. Agoraphobia - Anxiety
Hi everyone, I’m new here. I’ve suffered as long as I can remember with anxiety and panic attacks. I’m now 26 and was diagnosed with Agoraphobia. Anxiety has always been there, but the agoraphobia has progressed over the last few years. Besides going to work, even thinking of leaving my “safe space”

UPSET WITH MYSELF
I wanted to go to a Small Group at my church tonight, as time got near, I had a meltdown and didn’t make it out the door. I just don’t know what I am going to do about this agoraphobia! It’s so frustrating! I have been watching my church on-line for months now because I can’t seem to be able to face
