Support for my father, North Yorkshire - anxiety and no rest.
Hi my father came out of hospital two days ago after his stent failed and they inserted a balloon. Is there a support group near Richmond North Yorkshire? I feel anxiety is an issue for him and resting at home is hard. He was out of hospital then next day due to covid risks and we didn't have a proper

HIIT
Anyone else doing HIIT? I am 4 months into recovery from HA and stent, I have been following the cardio rehab exercise programme and have been doing level 5 for a while. My general fitness level is very good and blood pressure is normal. I want to up the level of workout but I’m unsure if HIIT is safe

A new path - 6 weeks after Aortic Valve and Root Op
Hi, Today (6 weeks and 2 days) my surgeon has 'discharged' me following telephone follow-up conversation. Based on my description of current level of exercise and discomfort (close to zero) along with a photo of my scar taken this morning I am: - able to drive; and - removing PPI (unless indigestion

Should I have more Chemo now?
My urologist confirmed that while the PCa nodes in my bladder have shrunk, they are still obstructing my ureter. Therefore, instead of removing my stent, he replaced it. So, I finished 6 Docetaxel sessions 4 weeks ago and as I'm responding to the Chemo, Eligard and Casodex, I'm considering 4 more chemo
