Hi , i have not been on here for nearly 1 year ...... last year was a nightmare in and out of local hospital 6 times and diagnosed with unstable angina , eventually had 1 stent fitted July 2019 .... not too much since then a little chest tightness and short of breath and have always used my GTN spray as and when needed , then out of the blue 3 weeks ago had real bad episode and ended up in hospital , was told it was an angina attack !!!! Anyway under a new cardiologist , real nice guy and I learnt a lot ....., yesterday and today in hospital for nuclear / myocardial perfusion scan and i am a little worried as i am still working ( 61 years young ) and notice i am getting short of breath whilst talking / stairs etc and getting a little tight chestiness without excursion .... sorry for the long winded rant , oh by the way i take 16 various tablets a day for heart / stomach/ blood pressure etc

Charlie .

Do you manage to get any gentle exercise , ideally along a flat path for about ten minutes out and about ten minutes back, which should give you a daily mile. Keep it gentle but make it regular and see how you get on ?
