Blocked Artery

I live in Spain and was diagnosed with Angina some years ago and prescribed medication. After a few years my condition got worse I was given an angiogram, when they discovered a totally blocked artery. I was told that it was impossible to fit a stent and that it was not necessary to have a heart bypass as I could be managed with medication. I now take various medications including very powerful statins, clopidogrel , bisoprolol, and ranolazine.. The result is tiredness, and inability to walk gradients and stairs without gasping for air, although on the flat I am not too bad at all. I am told my recovery time on the treadmill is also not too bad but I am not long on the treadmill before being unable to continue when not at walking speed. I had AF also but after two ablations is ok apart from occasional ectopics. Is there anyone else out there who is managing on medication with a totally blocked artery and if so how are you managing?
