Post laparoscopy and pain back again- advice please?
My surgeon explained that he found a lot of endo on my bladder, bowel and
pelvic
walls and also lots of
adhesions
which were removed. I felt so happy that I wasn’t imagining my symptoms and that they had been down to endo.

Post op pain and sickness, please help :(
Hi everyone I had my 2nd lap 10 days ago where they mobilised my rectum and urethra as they were embedded in my
pelvic
wall, removed
adhesions
and endo from bowel, bladder, rectum, ovaries, uterus. I expected to feel pain and generally not great but I'm feeling a lot worse than expected.

I also had spots of endo in my POD and also
adhesions
to my left
pelvic
wall.. and that’s all I know? Am I supposed to know what stage I have? What does this mean for my fertility? Has anyone had anything similar to me and what did they do/ understand?

Endometriosis and ivf
I had the 8 cm endometrioma removed from left ovary last week and during the laparoscopy they found that the right ovary had
adhesions
to the right
pelvic
wall and colon and that the right fallopian tube was buried between the ovary and the colon.

Vaginal prolapse and adhesions
I also suffer from
pelvic
adhesions
which cause me a lot of pain. I have in addition a pelvic injury through childbirth 40 years ago. My appointment at a fracture clinic lead to the suggestion that I had the pelvic bone fused.

Am I Making a mistake?
So surgery is a diagnositic to check for Endo since ive neeve had a surgery to cause
pelvic
adhesions
and gyno is now suspicious of my bowel issue from May is possibly related. But after all the reading....... Will this lap really be worth it?

Diagnosed and recovering from lap earlier today
It turns out I do have endometriosis - I had deposits on the walls of my
pelvic
cavity, in my pouch of Douglas, and I had
adhesions
sticking my bowel to my abdominal wall :( they cut the adhesions and ablated the deposits, which amazingly only took about 1 hr and 15 min.

Anyone have experience of adhesions found in laparoscopy?
I had a long laparoscopy a week ago in which a lot of adhesions were found - my left ovary was very immobile and had stuck to my
pelvic
wall and bowel. My concern is that following surgery the
adhesions
will simply reform.

Retroverted uterus and reduced mobility?!
I’ve just had my letter following the appointment and she has highlighted the right sided
pelvic
pain I suffer with constantly (which she said is likely
adhesions
). On the letter it states “reduced uterine mobility in a retroverted position”.

Confused... Endometriosis?
They found a lot of
pelvic
adhesions
and scar tissue they separated some of my organs and sent me on my way with no further investigation. Then about 5 years ago me and my husband started trying for a baby and after 2 years we had not got anywhere.

Head is all over the place....
I went to see my consultant last night (I hugely recognise just how fortunate I am to be able to go privately) and had a
pelvic
scan which showed more
adhesions
, new polyps and fibroids and since my mri last year I have now developed adenomyosis! She was shocked how quickly things have come back.

I had my laparoscopy a couple of weeks ago (x3 cysts removal, my right tube, some endo and
pelvic
/bowel
adhesions
); and I also had my period the next day (painful as I'm healing, but it was quite normal re lenght, bleeding, etc -sorry, TMI).

Pelvic adhesions
Hi, Im wondering if anyone can advise on pain relief and treatment for my
pelvic
adhesions
please. I had a C section 10 years ago. After years of pain and seeing several consultants, endoscopic surgery found my bowel had attached itself to my pelvis with adhesions).

Diagnostic Laproscopy with potential treatment.. Recovery time?
Potential treatment is for endo or
pelvic
adhesions
, nothing found on ultrasound apart from small follicles consistent with pcos. Help?? Can you tell me what to expect RE: recovery time? I've advised work up to two weeks off on the advice of the pre op nurse?? TIA! Xx

Chronic pain worsening :(
Hi, I’ve only just found this group but I’ve been suffering with severe
pelvic
adhesions
following 2 complicated c sections. It’s been 4 years since I had my last child and I’ve had multiple, unsuccessful laparoscopys and my pain is worsening daily.

Sciatic Endometriosis?
They just said both ovaries were very stuck to the
pelvic
sidewall. They were supposed to remove any
adhesions
but didn’t so nothing changed after that op and my pain continued to get worse.

Severe hypertension and endometriosis, is there a link?
I've had stage 4 endo diagnosed last December, two laps for
adhesions
, cysts and general untangling of my
pelvic
organs. I've also had severe hypertension for at least 4 years that we know of. Above 160/110 most of the day and even jumps to 180 on occasions.
