Rheumatoid?
Last month i recently developed
pain
and swelling at the base of the thumb (right more than left). My coccyx
pain
is gradually getting better after nine months. But this has me concerned. I realize that RA may possible crop up with PBC, but how likely is this?

Burning sensation in esophagus
This is a random question. I recently took a painkiller (coated Nurophen) for a headache without water and suffered a burning sensation as a result in my esophgus. Not sure if this was because RA does have side effect of dry mouth sometimes or if my esophgus is now inflamed due to my RA but I’m continuing

HELP Please
I explained that they will make my RLS worse and that if I could just get rid of the constant
pain
than my mood would lift. So she said she would give me something to help with
pain
and help sleep, and when I got them they are amitriptyline.

Negative laproscopy
This
pain
is real and debilitating. And I've now been discharged from gynae to go back to my gp again to determine the cause of my pelvic
pain
. Could I still have endo? Not sure if it's worth going private to a surgeon who specialises in endometriosis

Pain in clitoris especially right before climax
When I'm about to climax I get a super sharp
pain
in my clitoris and depending on the case, the
pain
either dulls down soon after or it stays for hours/until next day.

Indigestion or heart pain?
I'm 2 weeks post NSTEMI..resting as instructed..awaiting MRI. Woke at 3am last night with centralised chest "discomfort " ...wasn't sure if it was my heart or the few bits of chocolate covered marzipan I had scoffed in the evening! How can you tell?? Took gtn just incase...it eventually eased off.

Over the counter painkillers
The
pain
is getting harder to manage & I’d be grateful for suggestions of
pain
relief that might work better than current ibuprofen, panadol & hot water bottles:) Have just been reading it’s better to start ibuprofen before day 1 of period but it’s been difficult to know when that is….& I wasn’t sure

Flare caused by stress and overexertion
Pain
in the tops of my legs ,lower buttocks, and calves started a week ago and has worsened with some stiffness in my shoulders and arms. The
pain
is almost identical to the start of PMR in 2020 with associated feeling tired and loss of appetite.

Pain in Right Hand
The problem is a
pain
in my right hand that is with me most of the time, day and night, and Prednisolone does not seem to affect it. It is not an ache, it is a severe almost sharp,
pain
. I have quite a high
pain
threshold but at times this
pain
is almost unbearable.
