hello all I hope you are all well 3 years in with this disorder and now have have anal tailbone pain and bowel problems just wondering if any of you have similar issues

I would certainly seek medical advice with ongoing anal discomfort and pain. Have you had stool samples analysed/ blood tests taken? There are many issues that can affect bowels and early intervention can stop symptoms worsening.
