waterproof PICC covers
hello. I’m new on here. I’ve just finished my chemo and am hoping to go swimming again. I still have a PICC line in for my regular Avastin and would like a completely waterproof cover for it. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Hi, I had an updated CT scan on 11th March and the result was given to me over the phone on 16th March. More decisions - Avastin, Niraparib or Letrozole
My Mum, who has done 6 rounds of chemo, 2 with Avastin, has just been told she still doesn't present as suitable for surgery. We have mixed emotions about this as she is in her early 80s, although previously very fit and healthy. She has been given 3 options to try to keep things at bay before possibly

Recurrence in Peritoneum
Hi ladies! Just had an update on my 53 year old Mum. For context, she was diagnosed HGS stage 3c/4a in Jan 2022, had three rounds of chemo, optimal debulking surgery with full hysterectomy and removal of omentum, and then three more rounds of chemo. Declared NED in August 2022, and has been on Avastin

Seeking advice from Lynparza, Rubraca or Zejula patients.
Hello all, I'm here in search of some guidance as this is my 1-year mark since I began maintenance treatment with Lynparza. About 2 years ago I was diagnosed with ovarian high grade mullerian carcinoma - stage 3b. After a left oophorectomy, I began a regimen of 6 rounds of the combo Taxol/Carboplatin

Has anyone been on Niraparib twice?
I have just finished my third line of chemo and CT was very good. CA125 is 8. My consultant has said I can go back on Niraparib as maintenance if I want to. I was on Niraparib for fifteen months between first and second recurrence. I’d like to know if anyone else has been given the same PARP twice ?

Ending Avastin
I had my final (18th) Avastin on Monday. The overwhelming feeling is relief; relief to have finished and to be here to have finished. I am also hoping to have a period of freedom from medical treatment for the first time in 2 years, and hopefully all the joint and muscle aches will subside a bit. It's

Hello, ladies. Is anyone on the KEYNOTE-B96? It's weekly Taxol plus Avastin plus Pembrolizumab/Placebo for platinum-resistant recurrent ovarian cancer.

Gemzar not working
Sadly, I couldn’t tolerate more Carbo, and the Gemzar/Avastin infusions have not helped. My CA125 is rising. Has anyone has this happen? Any suggestions? Thank you.

Rise in CA125
Hi ladies, Hope you're all well! My Mum has really had a bit of a knock back after being told of a rise in her CA125 levels. It was 16, then 22, and now shot up to 92. She's stage 4 borderline, had 6x chemo, optimal debulking surgery, and was declared NED August last year — she's also completing a year

What to do?
I know that continuing with chemo is a personal thing, and that it has to be my decision, but I have no one else, who understands, to discuss this with.I had my first chemo, Carbo/Taxel in 2016,, and since then have had Avastin, Carbo/Caelyx, Rucaparib and weekly Taxel, which I finished just before Christmas

KoAFTER AVASTIN WHAT TO EXPECT.
Dear everyone.(May everyone of us stay safe with our eyesights - Ameen) I've stressed developed macular problem developed in both eyes, and doctor has injected two injections in both eyes and asked me to wait for 30 days to get the proper results, and meanwhile there's no other treatment he can do.

Hi, my name is Mags and I have serous grade ovarian cancer stage 3 c (could be stage 4 now) since 2016. With three surgeries since (last one not so successful) and three rounds of chemotherapy, presently on maintenance Avastin. Does anybody know anything about Lynch’s syndrome. I tested positive
