Aviva - Excluding Endometriosis as a "Chronic" Condition
Hello I'm hoping someone could give me advice or be able to provide some support during this tough time which my wife is going through. I'm doing my very best to support her but feel like I can't do enough most of the time. I know we are lucky in that we have private medical insurance through my work

Quick run down of my situation. I have gallbladder sludge and am having gallbladder out mid Nov and also have arrhythmias/tachycardia which needs no treatment, and have been discharged by cardiologist. Staysure/Avanti will not cover me until I have had my surgery( which I understand) but will not cover

Moderate Fatty Liver with normal liver enzymes
I was diagnosed with NAFLD in 2018 while undergoing gallbladder removal surgery. I had been thin most of my life and had only “packed on the pounds” in the last 4-5 years, and wasn’t overweight at the time of the surgery, so she thought it was odd to see my liver so fatty. My PCP sent me for ultrasounds

Ovary removal only
Hi 👋 I’m new here. Hoping I can get some insight. I have had about 9 months of prostap injections and found my endo/ adeno pain improved so much. A couple of months ago I started HRT to go with the prostap and have found my pain has increased a bit. From what I’ve read this is fairly normal with endo

Ovary removal success for Endo?
Hi I am 3 weeks post
Ovary
and Fallopian Tube
removal
performed Laparoscopically. After surgery my Consultant confirmed that Endometriosis had basically stuck my ovaries to my pelvis. He advised that I shouldn’t suffer from any further Endometriosis issues but I do still have uterus.

Laproscopy - question about coedine
I had a laproscopy in October of last year (for

Ive just had a total hysterectomy and The removal of both my ovaries, I’m quite scared and confused a bout th reset of my health now.
Having a huge cysts on both ovaries 1 was 20cm and the other around 8 cm it was decided it was best to get rid of both my ovaries too as this was the 3rd time i had surgery for endometriosis. My consultant has said i shroud wait a month before i go on HRT, due to blood clotting just after surgery. I

Second opinion
So I asked for a second opinion on my results, as I was previously told (and consented for
removal
) I had a cyst on my left
ovary
, post op paperwork all said right ovary. Second gynaecologist said because the cyst was so big, the scan wouldn't be able to pick up what side it was actually on.

Polyp removal
Hello ladies, I want to have a small polyp in my uterus removed before further IVF treatment. Any recommendation for a reputable specialist at reasonable price? I'm living in Basingstoke. Best wishes for you all!

Cleared the Slate and Started Over
I felt like I was spinning my wheels, so I basically cleared the slate and I am starting all over. I went through surgical menopause in my early 40s and now I am 58, so I am trying to figure out sex hormones as well as thyroid. I know I need adequate amounts of estrogen and thyroid to feel well. My problem
