has prostectomy 2017. Pt3a gleason 3+4. Surgeon removed 18 lymph nodes. All were negative. Is this normal?

my psa started to rise slowly. <.1 Don’t know the affect of having so many lymph nodes removed?

They checked for spread to the pelvic lymph nodes 6 years ago.

No need to do anything until your PSA > 0.1
