Hello! I'm new here and have already learned so much - I was wondering if anyone could help with fathoming what is going on? I'm a 34 year old woman. I initially went to the GP in August with an irregular heartbeat and a very sudden onset of general anxiety/physical feelings of doom, as well as trouble

if only
if only I could wake up and feel okay I would give anything for that. Still have that damn ima die or something bad’s about to happen feeling and other weird sensations. Went to the cardiologist today once again BP was high 180/82 ugh how can my bp fluctuate so much like it’s usually like 140s even sometimes

Possibly the best informational video on the electrical activity of the heart.
I wanted to share the best informational video on the electrical activity of the heart, that I have come across. It matches the path that the electrical signals take, through the chambers of the heart, to the ECG wave pattern. It also explains "heart block", which is when the normal electrical signaling

mental health in first trimester
I’m wondering what anyone else has done to deal with first trimester stress. And in particular if anyone has any experience with contacting GP etc for support and whether it’s actually helped/ any other things tried? I’m 6w. I’m convinced that it’s a blighted ovum or otherwise already lost/ going

psychological problems
Hi, I'm a 25 year old male who has recently been told I have a brugada type ecg after having blackouts 5 months ago. Brugada is not thought to be the issue, but I'm not really sure what the issue is with a brugada type ecg... After these events I haven't felt right since with anxiety, depression

A LITTLE CONFUSED
Just got back from the VA emergency room where I was told to go immediately by the VA nurse advice hotline. Fell asleep in my computer chair and when I awoke I put my oximeter on my finger and it showed a reading for heart rate of 37 but after a couple of blips went right up to normal which is around

Unexplained pain
Hi, A bit of background, My partner had a quadruple bypass 3 years ago at the age of 45. All went well and he generally is very well now. He also had a pacemaker fitted about 8 years ago after cardiac arrest, thought to be linked to thyroid problems. Since the bypass operation he has had three episodes

My previous post is showing up as deleted for some reason. I promise I didn't use any banned words. I ended up in Urgent care last night after noticing that my BP monitor had been reporting an irregular heart beat for 4 or 5 days. I had been feeling washed out and breathless b ut couldn't feel any

Back pain after stent
Sorry if this is a bit rambling but it's my first post. I used to get an intense pain horizontally across the middle of the back. It then went to the chest, throat and jaw. I used to get this on and off and put it down to digestion. In May 2021 I was diagnosed with Coronary Artery Disease and had

Review of the Wellue 24 hour heart monitor with AI analysis.
I have bought one of these and am very impressed with what it detects and reports. See https://getwellue.com/products/heart-health-monitor Has an optional chest strap included so you can clip the monitor direct to the strap rather than use the adhesive pads. Detects up to 17 kinds of ECG events. When

Bi-phasic T waves
I had an ECG as screening before participating in a trial involving exercised. I got turned down for the trial because the cardiologist who checked the ECG said it demonstrated: 'sinus rhythm with bi-phasic T waves in the anterior chest leads through to B3'. They've written this to my GP, suggested

Crippling Anxiety
Thankyou for letting me join. I am also on the gastritis and thyroid hub as I have both conditions too. I suffered severe anxiety when my husband died unexpectedly in 2008 from a heart attack. He was only 42yrs old so I went into shock . Anyway fast forward to now and I've managed to rebuild my life

Moan about adapting to T3
Just a moan - I’ve posted a few times about trying to adapt to T3 only treatment. I was feeling very overstimulated with a pulse of 140 on exertion, high BP breathlessness and the return of a sense of dread and anxiety. This was on 50mcg T3 in split doses of 1omcg. My TSH was 0.8 and T3 about 4.4 (

IV Lidocaine Experiences
Hi All 👋🏽 My first post here but I do read posts/comments pretty much daily 💜 This week I have been accepted to have IV Lidocaine in hopes it will help with my Fibro pain. (That rhymes 😝). I’m going for an ECG & Bloods on Monday to get the ball rolling. I was wondering if anyone has undergone
