The GP isn't interested and I always end up in A and E , given a nebuliser and a course is steroids to take home. My regular inhaler Fostair contains steroids but appears to be useless when I am.having

Atrial Fibrillation query
This is my first post as I am in a bit of a quandary as to how to tackle a problem which has recently arisen. I am a 71 year old lady with one son aged 45. My son has recently had a bad cold and went to the GP with a straightforward ear infection. I was amazed to then receive a phone call asking me to

Is it normal to have pain in multiple places around your body?
Hi, I'm in the process of being diagnosed. So still very new to learning about endometriosis. I have recently been feeling pain in my shoulders/neck/arms/chest/pelvis. Now even though I have pain everyday this is a new pain. I've been to hospital had ecg, blood tests and everything is coming back ok!

wierd symptoms mostly at night…. Plus diet
Since MI diagnosed last Sunday, going to be medically managed and monitored for now (stenosis in 2 places in LAD not serious enough for stent initially, another site with total blockage beaching off really distally but too small for intervention). I’ve been getting odd feelings in my right leg - sometimes

PVC/ PACs
I’m using a Kardia six lead. Virtually every single one of my ECG s is coming back PVC. Has anyone else experienced this. It started a couple of weeks ago I’m currently fighting off the remains of a chest. The cardiologist I spoke to suggested I take carvidilol for short time to see if it helps.

Pain Updated
Just left urgent care. The doctor said my chest pains were from Acid reflux just as I expected. They also did an EKG which was normal as well. So now I have to completely change my Diet. I should expect that my chest pains should continue cause of my anxiety. Which I’ve had a few times in the past

Into the 2nd phase?
Hello Had PAF for over 11 years...11 days ago I flipped into AF and haven't really been out of it much. Was taking PIP bisoprolol which slowed it down to an ok level...it used to fix it so I'd return to NSR. Not this time. A few calls to the Arrythmia nurses and they call me into their clinic. Sent

Looking for advice on what feels like chains of ectopic heartbeats?
I used to have Wolf Parkinson White, which would occur with SVT runs and ectopic heartbeats which could be quite painful and alarming. My fear was always the ectopics, they'd cause such sudden pangs in my chest that my brain processed them as dangerous. However, it was a fast run in my sleep that then

Understanding my GP's message
I am in permanent AF and taking Edoxaban, Bisoporol and Ramipril. Recently, at my GP's request I wore a 24 hour ECG monitor. Looking at the GP's referral for that on the NHS app it seems she suspected heart failure. Have just had a message from the GP which said ' 24hr ECG reported that the rhythm

High BP, abdominal pain and sickness and UTI
I initially had bouts of anaemia and tiredness throughout the early 2000s and was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism around 2010. I was told that my excess weight would drop off me after being prescribed Levothyroxine. That didn't happen but I did get side effects and symptoms of an underactive thyroid

What s happening in our NHS ?- All the shortages.
Two examples - I take Amiodarone for AF and other fast heart beats, I have had to have my prescription sent to another village, and they are running short. Glandosane synthetic saliva spray - Dry mouth is dross to put it mildly. no pharmacy near where I live has any. Not just the the BCG treatment
