Red/Infrared light therapy - any short term side effects?
For those of you using red/infrared light therapy, did you have any short-term (or long-term) side effects? Yesterday was my first day using the duo coronet light therapy and I did both a morning and evening session. It's pretty comfortable and easy to use. However, I had a dull headache all day,

What exactly is wrong with me?
Been dealing with this for about five years. I thought it was anxiety and would all go away but 20mg lexapro and 50mg doxepin for the last six months hasn't really helped. - feel tense - frequent headache - constantly feel like i have to pop my neck - myofacial pain/pressure - racing thoughts -constant

Tirosint 50 microgrammi/1 ml a day
Hi everyone, I was diagnosed in 2018 with Hypothyroid Hashimoto and have been taking 50 microgrammi a day. Last week I did my blood test and my TSH is high 5.56. I will have to go to my endocrinologist and see what she will do. I feel very anxious and jittery. Is this normal?

Venlaflaxine experience
Hi all Has anyone got any experience with venlaflaxine - possitive or negative. I was taken off escitalopram, and that was replaced with Venlaflaxine, around 2 years ago. I'm still getting severely depressed, which I didn't on escitalopram. In fact I was a little numb to emotion, which I don't like

Gabapentine + Clonazepam Star
Hi all. So the pain infusions didn't work so consultant referred me to see a neurologist. I had the app this morning. He did some basis neurological tests which he said were fine. As Fibro is not his area of expertise he did his best. He has prescribed me some new tablets to try. Clonazepam to help with

Gonna give it a second go
I’ve mentioned on here before that I was on Citalopram for my panic attacks and that I was alluding to getting back on ADHD medication since I haven’t ever really been on it (I was in the 3rd/4th grade but I hated swallowing pills so I’d hide them 😅). I am now considering getting back on both because

Separation Anxiety with specific people
I've struggled with (self-diagnosed but backed up by numerous therapists) anxiety for about 6 years (I'm 20 now). Around 2 years ago, I made one super close friend, which doesn't often happen, and while I know we had an intense relationship, she was the only thing that calmed down my panic attacks. She

A Journey of Faith, Hope and Love - Maura's Story
My first step out of the shadow of my struggle was difficult. I was just a teenager when I developed anorexia and obsessive compulsive disorder. Later came severe anxiety and panic attacks. https://adaa.org/living-with-anxiety/personal-stories/journey-faith-hope-and-love

meningitis vaccine
Do CLL patients who have never had meningitis vaccine need two doses? I am asking about the meningitis vaccine for strains ACWY, such as Menactra, not the Hib/MenC vaccine. It looks like two doses are recommended based on google search but my Dr did not mention getting a second dose.

Sleep Apnea and ET/Jak2+
Does anyone else suffer with Sleep Apnea that has ET/Jak+? I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea and been prescribed a CPAP machine and I am resisting using it but wonder now if it is necessary. I have been experiencing great fatigue lately and wonder if the sleep apnea could be the culprit:/
