olaparin (Lynparza) and low HGB
The only two that I am aware of is reducing the
olaparib
dosage or using Aranesp (darbepoetin alfa). What approaches have you guys seen and results? Thanks Gary

Olaparib/Avastin for more than two years?
Hello everyone, I was all ready to wrap up my Avastin/
olaparib
treatment now that the two year mark is almost here. Everything I read everywhere says, Yep, two years of this maintenance after chemo and you're done.

HGSOC, BRCA -ve, Platinum Resistant Stage 4
This also prevented Icon9
olaparib
trial acceptance and also second trial rejection for
olaparib
as they have classed these new growths as a third occurrence. Oncologist also recommended stopping chemo to give body a break and see if bloods recover. But what’s next??

Lynparza (Olaparib) update
Dad’s last PSA was 294 two months ago Then started
Olaparib
. A month ago it was 295.. Today’s PSA was 86!!!! So excited that it appears immunotherapy is working. Dr. couldn’t feel dad’s liver either so swelling and hopefully mets are shrinking. Best news we’ve had in 11 years!

PARP or immuno for BRCA2+ and NED
Being BRCA2+, I am considering a PARP inhibitor (
olaparib
) in the hope of killing my (presently undetectable) cancer, despite having No Evidence of Disease since last May when my only met detectable by PSMA was zapped. I quit ADT two months ago, after 10 months use.

In the meantime, Jeff will start a PARP inhibitor, I believe Lynparza/
Olaparib
. We are guardedly hopeful!

Olaparib.
She was expecting it to be
Olaparib
but it’s actually a different one. Is anyone here on
Olaparib
who is negative for both? Thanks Denise.

Round 3 Cabazitaxel/Carboplatin combo
The most effective one to date was
Olaparib
/Lynparza which lasted almost 2 years. Two days prior to this round 3 treatment I had updated blood work (3/28/22). PSA has dropped dropped from 62 initially, to 14 after round 1, to 6 after round 2 three weeks ago!!!

Acupuncture
My OH booked me an appt to see if we could sort out my CIPN (thighs, hands, feet) and joint pain from Avastin and
Olaparib
(everywhere). I've had 4 sessions now, over 6 weeks.

What kind timeline are we looking at?
Foundation One testing was done and resulted showing that he would benefit from a PARP inhibitor and therefore started treatment with
Olaparib
on 8/20/2020. He was having difficulty with diarrhea and was dose reduced to 75 mg PO BID on 10/13/2020.

Questioning modern cancer treatment.
I took all the available treatments, Lupron, Casadex, Xtandi, Zolodex, and just went through my first round of Radium223 with the experimental pill called
Olaparib
. Before starting Radium223, they wanted me to get a bone biopsy so I reluctantly went in to get that done.

What to expect with avastin?
Mum starts avastin today, then
olaparib
in tablet form in a few weeks. I’m just wondering if anyone has any experience of these targeted therapies and how you got on? Mums terrified about side affects etc…I know there are a zillion side affects, but then so is there with anything I suppose.

Hello, I'm new to this forum. Does anyone have experience of EP0057? With or without olaparib?
It was carboplatin sensitive, and I've now had two rounds of carboplatin (first with paclitaxel and then with doxorubicin), interspersed with bevacizumab, then
olaparib
. Unfortunately, it's back again.
