High SGBH levels
Hi I’m wondering if anyone else has experience with this. I have Endo, and pco but not PCOS had lap last March, TTC for 2 years, we got pregnant in Feb, but miscaried. I have had blood tests done and everything is normal except for high SGBH levels, which I’ve read can happen with excess estrogen,

Hashimotos and Menstrual Cycle
Hello everyone, I've been tracking symptoms, meds, supps, along with my monthly cycle for about a year or so. At least for the past four months, I have terrible nausea and increasing hypothyroid symptoms including the "feeling like I got hit by a bus" i.e. widespread pain, muscle aches and fatigue

Does anyone know the work of Dr. Ray Peat?
I have been reading a few articles by RP plus an interview with him by Mary Shomon, and I have to say I am really confused. I must have misunderstood something, but if anyone here is familiar with his work please tell me where I got it wrong: - he seems to say that T4 blocks the action of T3, yet advocates

Endometriosis and Hrt
After my op I was put straight onto livial which was great for a while but my dr told me I was lacking
oestrogen
and this was the cause of my exhaustion. I also have an under active thyroid. I’ve tried various other hrt brands and now on a patch. But it’s causing irritation.

Just got back from my monthly doctor visit. My research doc was at the American Urologic Association conference. Here is one of the thing he seemed excited about: Veru Advances Novel, First-in-Class Oral Tubulin Inhibitor for Refractory Metastatic Prostate Cancer GlobeNewswire

Modulation of endocrine nuclear receptor activities by polyaromatic compounds present in fractionated extracts of diesel exhaust particles
The Rev. W Awdry might have been all too right with his use of the name "The Diseasel". This paper suggests specific effects of diesel exhaust on thyroid receptor alpha - but needing more research (as always!) Surprisingly, it appears that some constituents enhance the effect of our own T3!

Frozen egg transfer coming up!
Worrying it's going to mess up my emotions quite a bit as there's a lot of
oestrogen
going in! I work in a school and my boss is simply amazing I have spoken to her about it all as I will need a day off for transfer and have to travel an hour plus for a scan so will need time off.

Levo dose changed, 2nd set lab reports - bit confusing!! Help appreciated
5 weeks ago following lovely advice from here and a visit to a private hormone clinic, I reduced my levo from 150 to 125, (and started oral progesterone and
oestrogen
patch for menopause). Still not right with pins and needles and anxiety and panic being worst symptoms.

Endometriosis and hrt
The specialist told me that they never give
oestrogen
to someone who has stage 4 severe endo as all it does is feed it. He has put me on livial(progesterone) in the hope it will starve the endo. I really hope this will help. Otherwise I will face excision in a BSGE centre next year.
