No period ever
hi everyone, Thank you for always being such a supportive community. I have been going through IVF because of unexplained fertility, mainly I just don’t get my period. I am an avid runner but not underweight. It seems my estrogen is always on the low side and I just don’t have cycles or ovulate. I

How simple should an FET be? Facing more delays...
Hi everyone So basically I am wondering if anyone has had difficulties starting FET cycles before? People seem to say they are easier and I'm sure for most people that is true - but for me, I always seem to fall on the wrong side of the stats. Tried to start FET a few weeks back and started spotting

High-Dose Transdermal Estradiol as ADT
Does anyone have any experience with this? According to my understanding: It's not FDA approved, but used here in the U.S., and all over the rest of the world. It's at least as effective in lowering T to castrate levels. It carries a far more tolerable profile of SEs than LHRH drugs, presumably

Started #Zoladex to treat uterine #Polyps & bleeding/spotting is not stopping!!!
Guys I’m really hoping you can help or offer insight. I started experiencing irregular bleeding after taking progesterone only birth control pills. I continued onto the next pack and I didn’t stop bleeding. Dr gave me Tranexamic Acid and it stopped it for a while and continued taking pill every day

To those who have read Dr Richard Wassersug's book....
As mentioned in other posts, off Erleada as it's contraindicated in my treatment of Multiple Myeloma. I was just approved for Zytiga. Hurray for me. Anyway, I have not read his book yet but it's on my list. I recently watched his Tube Video and found it interesting but covered other higher priority

Stopping progesterone and estrogen at 8 weeks
Hello, We are so pleased we got our BFP after a down regulated medicated FET and my partner is 5 weeks today. The clinic have given us enough Meds to last until 8 weeks pregnant and then said to stop. I feel this is very early for a down regulated FET so we're worried to stop them when the time comes

ovulating on HRT cycle for FET
Hi Im stressing out abit as I’ve been taking
oestrogen
tablets as instructed for my FET and somehow on my scan today there was a dominant follicle! They took my bloods and said it may be cancelled depending on what was going on with the follicle.

Where was I?
Women suffer in similar ways with
oestrogen
and progesterone deficiencies which are treated with antidepressants. it’s ironic that as a child of the fifties, I was never drawn into the drug culture of the time.

DIO2 weight loss
It’s stumped both western and naturopathic docs, best we can guess is it released
oestrogen
quickly from fat cells causing estrogen dominance (I know I react badly to estrogen due to ovulation and hrt causing symptoms).

Thin lining issues driving me crazy
This is my first time posting and I suppose I’m just looking for a bit of reassurance or encouragement as I feel very deflated and like there is no end in sight :(. Been TTC 3 years. My first FET was cancelled to thin lining. This is now my second FET, been on 6mg estrogen tablets and 2 100mcg patches

Bit of a Vent
She went through my history, symptoms etc (my mum and auntie have endometriosis) and said she’s going to give me injections (I can’t remember the name) for a short period as apparently if my symptoms get better, it is a very good indicator I have endometriosis as it stops all

I'm on
oestrogen
now, and I think this is making it worse....it used to be only one leg at a time, and now it's both. I don't sleep on the nights that are bad. Many thanks

IVF medication following BFP for those with POF?
Hi everyone Hoping to find a consensus re: dates of stopping hormone treatment for those with premature ovarian failure going through IVF. Recently thrilled to get a BFP following D5 DE FET (still early days, only 4.5 weeks along). My clinic seem to adopt a 'one-size fits all' approach and stops progesterone

What is role of hormonal therapy drug when taken with targeted therapy, eg Piqray or Ibrance?
I’ve been curious about this and wondering if anyone can explain. I want to better understand the role of the hormone therapy eg Faslodex when taken with targeted therapy such as Ibrance. Does it just reduce the amount of estrogen available to the cell and “lightens the load” on the targeted therapy?

Estrogen Replacement therapy after surgical menopause
Hi everyone! I would like to chat with somebody who may have or is going through a similar experience. I had a full hysterectomy- removal of everything, over 20 years ago. I am on 2mg of Estrogen once per day. The docs used to do the implant yearly but it is no longer available. I am now 51

Suggestions please
And upping to 125
oestrogen
and starting testosterone. I’d started x2 Utrogestan daily a month before. I posted a couple of weeks following feeling horrific after tonsillitis and antibiotics. I queried if there were drug interactions. As I felt thyroidy.

Is it menopause ?
My story is complicated and confusing. I am 39 now but I think I am getting into menopause very soon.I have severe hot flushes for nearly a month and half now, they are so severe and frequent that I have to sit motionless in front of the AC or fan all the time, even going to the bathroom would trigger
