Started #Zoladex to treat uterine #Polyps & bleeding/spotting is not stopping!!!

Guys I’m really hoping you can help or offer insight. I started experiencing irregular bleeding after taking progesterone only birth control pills. I continued onto the next pack and I didn’t stop bleeding. Dr gave me Tranexamic Acid and it stopped it for a while and continued taking pill every day to offset bleeding. But it came back while on vacation. I started to hemorrhage badly on the first day so bad I had to go to hospital in Dominican. They wanted to take out fibroids n polyps right there but I refused & they gave me a shot of Tranexamic Acid. As I went home It stopped for a few weeks and came back. Then I Went to a specialist who found a non cancerous polyps. They at first scheduled surgery n then opted to used medication to treat it as polyps was in my uterus. I was given 2 shots of Depovera and two weeks later my first shot of Zoladex. For the last 6 weeks I went from heavy bleeding, to moderate to spotting and sometime it gets heavy & stops. I’m also on estrogen patches. I really want the spotting/bleeding to stop it’s so unpredictable and even getting in the way of me being intimate with my partner. My whole life I never experienced this but at 46 I guess I’m close to menopause. Is the bleeding gonna stop? Or will it take time I’m at the 4week point now. I just want to be normal again.
