ADT - HOT FLUSHES AND CALORIES CONSUMED
I am 3 months into Lupron and coping fairly well, I think, with the side effects so far, apart from the Hot Flushes (Flashes). I do not have many during the day but they seem to come at night and can sometimes be really intense and uncomfortable. I have found that the intensity for me seems to be related

Lupron unjection not reducing PSA
I was first diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2016. It has been contained in the prostate ever since. For 3 years I treated myself with vitamins and nutrients. PSA rising, rapidly
Well, it looks like my honeymoons of ADT are over. I was (and still am) on a tripple therapy along the lines of the ARASENS trial (Docetaxel, Lupron and NUBEQA) for about 2 years. My PSA started rising six months ago, at first slowly, but now very rapidly. It went from 0.04 to 0.05 then 0.17 (in three

treatment side effects vs cancer side effects
”Pain” vs “discomfort” in abdomen region following radiation and on Lupron- is it side effects or the cancer itself? Dad was diagnosed November 2023 and received radiation for 5 weeks that ended Jan 3rd. Started Lupron end of November. Cancer has spread to part of hip bone and pelvic lymph nodes.

Delay date for Lupron injection
I am due to get my third 6 monthly dose of Lupron injection in late May. I plan to travel during that time. Is there any harm if I should postpone the injection date by 2 or 3 weeks beyond the 6 months dateline? My PSA reading is currently below 0.1 ug/l. Secondly, I am contemplating going on ADT vacation

Just completed 28 rounds of IMRT and have been on Lupron, Xtandi and Zometa for the last two
