Fatigue BEFORE treatment (A bit of a rant)
I was diagnosed in May, and I realized last night that I am worn out. People say prostate cancer is the "good one". They have no idea. Things move so slowly. It seems from the time you get the high PSA score something is hanging over your head. A month for MRI, hoping for good results. No. Another

Hello brothers. In 12 months of ADT vacatión (with no medication) my PSA has risen slowly but steadily, from . 2 to .9. Not sure weather to feel good or worry. Any advice?

Sharing My Good News
I hope this is OK to do considering the same is not true for others. Essentially, about 18 months ago, my PSA began rising (to very low levels) after being dormant for most of the previous 10 years. Following a PSMA my MO thought the largest tumor in my left acetabulum was the culprit so after several

He said sure not problem but my pharmacist called and said my prescription

PSA Ultrasensitive 0.015 six months after prostatectomy
3 month PSA was <0.1, but that was not ultra sensitive. How worried should I be? Next steps? Urologist wants to see what the 9-month PSA test looks like, and to get a second Decipher genetic test. (I had one prior to surgery.) Pathology from surgery showed margins were positive, but Gleason score

More Waiting
Me with a urological oncologist yesterday. He asked questions and when I told him that. My mother had breast cancer at 36 he said that he wanted germline testing and Decipher done on biopsy cores before moving further. In his opinion is BRCA is present, removal is the only option. Otherwise radiation

Just had Psma-pet scan... Confused
My initial Axium pet scan nearly 2 years ago showed "innumerable" mets throughout musculoskeletal system, from head to knees... Understandably, my PSA at the time was 480. After 1 year on ADT and 8 months of Xtandi another Axium showed mets in calvarial region (skull), neck and clavicle no longer present

Finding Support Groups
I am 84 and diagnosed with PCa in 2014. I had a multi-specialty work up Sibley Hospital in Washington DC (Johns Hopkins staffed clinic). No mets found. I was given 1 option, External beam; 70 Gray treatment went smoothly with no SE. I was given one injection of Lupron prior to the radiation. PSA
