Hi everyone,

We wanted to let you all know that the charity Arthritis Action has launched the first episode of Season 2 of their podcast.

The first episode, 'You have arthritis, so what's next?' focuses on getting an arthritis diagnosis.

Upcoming episodes will cover a huge range of topics to help you manage your condition, including an interview about eating well with arthritis featuring Arthritis Foodie author Emily Johnson, Dr Wendy Holden exploring history’s oddest ‘treatments’ for arthritis, and lots more.

You can listen to all our episodes from season 1 and tune in every second Monday for season 2 on your preferred podcast player (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Podcasts, Google Player, etc.), or on our website: arthritisaction.org.uk/arth....

Thanks!
