if you put that into the search box and filter for NRAS then all the past posts regarding it will come up. 😊

I have been on it for a year. For 6 months, the improvement was miraculous with no side effects. However, it seems to have stopped working now but this is my 3rd biologic and they have all got off to a good start then stopped working. Worth a go, I would say.

Hi. It was my first biologic, given as an infusion and boy did it work! I’d had just about everything before this particular and new drug arrived on the rheumatology scene - years ago now - and I still view it as one of my best.

I’ve had dozens of others since but this one worked for me. It lasted about three years and then, unfortunately, I developed problems with bloods and it was stopped. I had three years of feeling mobile, normal, pain-free and really well so if it suits you then I wish you the best of luck and hope it works as well for you.

If it doesn’t suit you, there’s so many different rheumatological drugs these days we’re almost spoilt for choice, and the newest ones, the JAKS, are very targeted and specific and also work brilliantly.

Hi I have just changed from Infliximab. I was only on it for a year before it was no longer working. It would start to work within 30 minutes of treatment which was great. The only downside is the infusion time. First time with he flush bag took 3 hours. Then you have 4 more of the same and then a quick 30 minutes infusion for treatments after that. I hope it helps you, it was great for me for a while and I looked forward to having them as I knew I would feel better after. Good luck
