Full resection/excision due today - and I’m poorly

In due in at midday today for a full resection. Bowel, side walls, ligaments and ovary removal and yesterday I came down with an excrutuaring sore throat. I went to the drs and they put me on anti biotics straight away. My throat is quite a lot better today but I still have a headache and a bit of an aching body. I’m praying that the op will still go ahead. I’ve done 6 months of Zoladex and I can’t face going back on it. Anyone else have any experience of General anaesthetic whilst feeling a bit under the weather?
