Getting out of breath.
I have been using the
nicorette
spray mist for a few weeks because I suddenly started having cravings for a cigarette but I've found I get short of breath very quickly & have had difficulty walking. Plus I had severe pains in the left side of my chest.

Nicorette patches 25mg 16 hour
Just a quick question these patches have been really good with cutting down for 2 weeks and then finally quitting 2 weeks ago. However today I have been getting really bad pains in my arm where the patch is. Does this mean I need to go to the lower dose now and that maybe my body is getting to much nicotine

Nicorette Quickmist
Hi, I've been using the EVIL NQ spray for over 5 years now. It is more addictive than actual cigarettes! I am struggling to come off it. I use it nearly every 5-10 minutes and spray at least 3 times (only recommended spray is 1 or 2). It makes me feel sick (overdose of Nicotine I guess). If I don't

I stopped smoking when I found out I was pregnant 5 and half years ago, iv smoked from the age of 12 to 24 and a bit 😬 giving up was very much unwanted but needed. QuickMist Addiction
Decided finally enough was enough, so I quit using
Nicorette
Quickmist. The transition had been incredibly easy and I didn't even notice how effortlessly I was qutting on the cigarettes! But then something bad happened. I realised I wasn't free of addiction.

A VERY, VERY ROUGH DAY
I had some drops of Valeriana drops, to calm down and back to
Nicorette
chewing gums. If anyone can comment on this, I would appreciate. After 1 month, should this have happened? And an advice: keep away from smokers. Also: Valeriana (a natural herb) does help. Thank you to all of you.

Addicted to nicorette quickmist spray
I gave up smoking over a year ago was a really heavy 40 a day smoker and used the
nicorette
quick must to give up. It worked well and I suceeded. However I'm totally addicted and can't give it up despite it making me vomit everyday I'm still using it.

Pulmonary rehabilitation
Out of curiosity, has anyone used the
nicorette
inhilator? I've been using it since I packed in the smokes 6 months ago and the last month or two have been getting very chesty and phlegmy when I use it.

Stopping Vaping to Nicorette Inhalator
I went today and joined the smoking cessation to quit vaping and to get on the
nicorette
inhalator for the 12 week course. Hopefully doin this 12 week course will now get me off the nicotine altogether. Simply because ive now realised i have substituted the cigs with the vape.

I had quit smoking cold turkey in 2007, I kinda restarted at the beginning of 2012. And of course it got worst until I couldn't hide it anymore and had to let my fiancé know. Things were fine until I got pregnant and of course this is not good so I had to figure out to quit again but couldn't . I would

Day 10. Keep vaping or Patch/nicorette inhaler??
I was actually thinking about the patch rather than vaping or the
Nicorette
inhaler? has anyone tried the patch or inhaler long term and what are your experiences? what's your preference out of all the NRT's. OMG STUPID PREDICTIVE TEXT. That's meant to read I BOUGHT a new coil for my ECIG.

Nicorette inhalators
I have emphysema. I was wondering if anyone else uses inhalators and if they are causing me more harm?

Non Smoking - Day 4. DETERMINATION
Had a little
Nicorette
gum but mainly trying to go cold turkey. Not as hard as I thought but I am definitely a little tetchy at times and trying to not cram every bit of food I see into my mouth. Seen some really positive posts here that help - will be checking in every day for sure.

Day 9 smoke free
I've only been using the
nicorette
gum and I've found it okay so far. Thinking of switching to normal gum as I'm starting to dislike the taste, anyone think this is do able at this stage or should I keep going with it? Anyone else on day 9? How are you finding it?
