Vitamin pills
Hello Zeta-Chi Have you tried vitamin pills? Not the kind you can buy in supermarket or chemist but more expensive and better quality ones you can buy on the internet. I recommend a site called Nutriglow, they offer vitamins at discounted prices. They say that you should get all vitamins you need

Adrenals or more T3?
So, how long does it normally take for t3 to enter the system? When I take generic t3 5mcg...along with my Levo, I get palps within 30 mins or so. It then goes away and I feel slightly hyper and fatigued. Is this an indicator that I need more T3? What are some experiences that anyone had with starting

Interactions between D3 and T3
Has anyone experienced or heard of any interactions between Vitamin D3, particularly high doses such as 10,000iu/day, and T3? Thanks.

new and confused
I'm new here with many questions. I have no thyroid and wanted to know if I should be taking these supplements. I've never taken these many at one time but my new Doc says that I need them. I've been on Synthroid and Levo all of my life, but now recently taking a lower dosage of Levo and now on T3 6mcg

RCT suggests over 65s need 4,000 IU vitamin D daily for disease prevention
This study possessed several strengths. The participants were deficient at baseline, the study duration was long and the dosage enabled the participants to reach optimal vitamin D status (40-60 ng/ml). The primary limitation of this study is that most of the participants were Caucasian, thereby decreasing
