Latest #s - Is my B12 sublingual 1000mcg daily working?
Hello, My Friends (who are most likely asleep as I write this from Ohio). On June 14th I had updated blood tests done that I specifically requested based on suggestions made on this forum so we could see if maybe my B12 treatment is getting into my cells. My B12 blood serum is close to 1000, but we

Need advice on thyroid issues
Hello everyone, need some help on my thyroid condition. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis in 2019, because of thyroid antibodies being high and with hypothyroidism based on my TSH and T3 and T4 levels. I’ve been taking medication since then, things have been up and down since then. However

Heart friendly multivitamins
Hi all, so I’d normally take a daily multivitamin. Hadn’t given any thought into whether I should or not since the Angiogram and stent. Transpires as I’m on antiplatelet medication, I shouldn’t be taking Iron or Vitamin K (contraindications). This advice came from a Pharmacist. Instead I’ve bought these

Supplement, Iodine advice and more
I take various supplements including Cytoplan (which I know is a reputable company) 50+
multivitamins
, which have a high vitamin B content. I think I read somewhere that if you are on Levothyroxine you shouldn't take iodine. These multis have 150ug iodine.

Do you have any supplements you think helped JAK2+ patients?
I’m just curious is there any supplements that is not advised or would help a JAK2+ patient, is Omega 3 and normal
multivitamins
okay? I’m just concern that they are other vitamins that conflicts with our condition.

New Diet Plan is Helping
Used these
multivitamins
if did not optimise with diet: Standard multi with calcium, magnesium etc, Omega 3 with fish oil, Sea Kelp, Gentle Iron ( only during Luteal Phase and Menstrual Phase). Stopped drinking alcohol and coffee (went tee-total).

Does anyone have multivitamin/progression data?
A breakdown of progression (or at least incidence) by particular vitamin and dose would be nice. That might be asking too much but at least a comparison of one, two, three, four, .... 21 per week would be helpful. Regular, Long-Duration Multivitamin Use and Risk of Overall and Aggressive Prostate Cancer

FET prep...advice please
Hi ladies I'll be doing my 2nd (and final FET) soon, does anyone have any advice on when to stop caffeine before? I only really have one coffee a day (max 2), but last time I switched to decaf a few weeks before then didn't have any once I started meds. Should I be cutting it out sooner? Same for alcohol

General introduction and seeking recommendation
Hello All, First of, I want to say how grateful I am for this community. I wish I would have found it much sooner. I’ve been reading through the posts since I joined earlier today and have gained a lot of insightful information. So a little background to my situation. I suspect I’ve had fatty liver

Folic Acid and advanced PC
In watching the PCRI conference over the weekend there was discussion about folic acid. I came out of it a bit confused…should those of us with advanced PC not be taking folic acid? Or should should we be on a reduced dose? The multivitamin I take daily has 400mcg folic acid and I’m not sure if I should

As I last left off I was scheduled for a PT112 trial but trials got cancelled at SCCA due to staff having covid... Plan B: Cabazitaxel with Carboplatin... And Neulasta... Age 59... Stage 4 Gleason 9 BRCA2 positive. Changed from CS to CR... resistant instead of sensitive somewhere in the last six

The end of Parkinson's as we know it today. From the Levodopa era to the "transformative" information era.
