Seeking Understanding
I've had a random onset of severe anxiety and panic attacks. It started with one panic attack and since then I have been constantly making effort to direct my thoughts and body. I am exhausted and scared. My panic attacks include my hands, arms, face, and sometimes neck all becoming paralyzed. I can't

postpartum psychosis
so my psychiatrist has diagnosed me with postpartum psychosis. I was on Olanzapine. 2.5 MG for a month but did not show any improvement. Now she has put me on Aripiprazole 2MG twice a day. It’s been four days. I am taking it but still not seeing any improvement. I know it takes time but I believe that

Good resources regarding vagal AFIB?
Does anyone have any good resources (articles, YouTube videos) directed to vagally-mediated AFIB (the type that occurs after a large meal or while sleeping)? I believe my AFIB was triggered by endurance athletics (I used to do long bike rides and probably overdid it and stressed my body too much).

anxiety attacks
Yesterday I had a full blown anxiety attack while I was visiting my brother in Florida. I started panicking and crying and couldn’t stop. I realized I forgot to take my medication for three days. I left on the plane a day early because I was so overwhelmed. I’m glad I left but I feel guilty for changing

Back to the office after WFH
Last week I was able to work from home for the week. Today, I have to go back to the office. This could be good for me—going somewhere is usually better for me than being at home alone all the time. An ideal situation for me would be hybrid working—maybe 1 or 2 days at the office, the rest of the time

Lost....
Hello,I deal with major depression and anxiety. I also do my best to deal with Complex PTSD everyday. The effects it has on me are severely ruining my marriage. I don't know what to do.

Buprenorphine and Naloxone 2mg/0.5 mg sublingual film
I need help from the members who have taken it or the brand name Suboxone. The oxycodone I have been taking since 2015 has lost effect therefore Doctor B prescribed Buprenorphine and Naloxone for me. The first day I experienced horrendous side effects, severe vertigo, nausea and vomting and anxiety

Fatigue
Since being diagnosed with an inflammatory disorder three years ago I have suffered with various symptoms most of which are now well controlled and stable. The severe pain in my joints and other parts of my body and the excruciatingly painful headaches thankfully seem to be kept at bay by medication

Experience of taking Lofepromine.
I am a parent of a teenager diagnosed with treatment resistant depression. ECT has recently made minor improvements but now Lofepromine is being suggested. I am concerned about the side effects, the possibility of an increase in suicidal thoughts and many other worries as we have had some nasty past

Hello I’m ET jak2 positive and suffer from extreme fatigue. I am currently off work and eager to return, I have been reading an article about MPN and the use of antidepressants to combat the fatigue Some antidepressants may help combat fatigue. Additionally, several small trials have found an increase

Asking for words of support please
Hi, next week I have a VA eval for PTSD/ Depression increase. I know it’s God’s will whatever the decision, but it causes anxiety, esp. when the person evaluating has no idea of my daily battle with depression/ anxiety. Also, a lot of self blaming/ feeling ashamed. Thank you for listening. Hope you

I have now been told that I have PTSD! Why?
I have had anxiety and depression since I had a breakdown 16 year's ago when a woman I thought was a friend, stabbed me in the back ( not literally!) because she wanted to be me ! Goodness knows why ! Long story! I fought hard with the help of an OT and I would not be here but for him and people here
